Purchased a 2011 XLR 386x12 Forest Forest River Toyhauler and we are very happy with. We did have a few issues as we are seeing most people do with new RV's. We did not feel comfortable about taking it to our dealer in MO so we scheduled a trip to Indiana to take it to the factory. THEY WERE GREAT! They put a crew on it fixed the warrenty issues and did a add on we wanted. Even with having to stop workiing due to a storm they had it out of there that day. The only issue at this point are the tires. I believe they are of poor quality. Two problems this trip and sitting along of the road right now waiting for someone to come and fix a blown out tire. other than that seems good.

BOUGHT A 350 TS 2011 BRAND NEW HAVE PROBLEM WITH STEPS BANGING GOING IN AND OUT, ALSO SIDE PANELS STICK OUT AND KITCHEN TABLE IS REAL LOOSE, TOOK IT TO THE DEALER AND SAID THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO MUST BE JUST ONE BAD ONE, 1/2 HR LATER SAME MODELS SAME HAS MINE HAS SAME PROBLEM, AIR MATTRESS IS JUNK, SEEMS LIKE ALL FOREST RIVER WANTS IS TO SELL AND GOOD BYE. GUESS I HAVE TO TRADE INTO THERE COMP TO GETA GOOD MOTOR HOME OR SWITHCH DEALERS.

We took delivery of our Forest River Georgetown 327 in February 2011, never having a Motor Home in our life. We stopped in at Bob Ledford's Adventure Motor Homes, Greer, SC, and Larry Williams greeted us, treating us like we were top drawer. David Ledford was super nice and worked with us to our satisfaction. There is no way that we could be more satisfied with our purchase and choice. We actually did our shakedown cruise from Smyrna, TN to Goshen, IN, for the Passport America Rally. Not one problem did we have of any major consequences. It is absolutely dream come true. Our previous RV was a 2008, 33' Jay Feather Light by Jayco. There is such a difference between the two that it is like daylight and dark. Regardless of the naysayers, we are two happy and delighted customers.

Purchased 23' Wildwood 3 weeks ago and left for vacation a few days later. We parked at an RV park the first night and hooked up the city water connection, which leaked not only outside but ran all over the bathroom floor. Had to put water in the holding tank and use it that way, even though we were at an RV park. After leaving the RV park, we camped for 4 days only to learn that the fridge was not working on gas! Everything thawed and the fridge was up to 55 degrees inside! It worked fine on electric, so we had to keep firing up our generator during the daylight hours to keep the fridge cold. The wood trim around the door fell off and was laying in the floor. The oven would not light. Definitely put a downer on our vacation with all the problems. Upon returning home the dealer fixed everything but we decided it wasn't worth more potential problems and having to tow it 65 miles to our dealer everytime we had a problem. While we are taking a bit of a hit trading it in, we just did so and went with another manufacturer. I've decided Forest River products are not worth buying.

I purchased a 2012 Blue Ridge and very disappointment in the service department. They tell you they going to do one thing and do just the opposite. They know they have faulty a/c vent that will not stay open. Instead of changing them out you have to wait to each one mess up. Like everyone has time to run to the service department and wait a week ot two to get your coach back. If a company knows something has a default they should change thm all out and keep happy customers. They should have a minus in front of the star rating, because in my opinion they not poor just plain sorry.

Bought a new 2011 V-Cross travel trailer. Took it to the beach in 95degree weather and the air conditioner broke at 4 in the morning. Had to come all the way back home with three disappointed kids. Lost a lot of money because of it.

I bought A 2008 Surveyor 28 foot have water damage to the floor cant find where it is coming in at no one will pay for it i have to pay for it my self i dont have 5000 dollars or more i will neaver buy another trailor

We purchased a 2011 43' XLR 386 X 12 toyhauler. We have many friends that have purchased various new RV's the last couple of years and EVER one of them have had issues that they had to get fixed. Because of this we did not get excited when we had some ourselves. We decided to take a trip to Goshen, IN to the factory and have everything taken care of. What a great group of guys. They had a crew spend the whole day(in between rain)working on it and had us out of there that evening. Thank you Bob Elson, Scott and crew!!! If I have another RV purchase I will come back to Forest River.

I bought A new surveyor 2008 have a water leak some where that the dealer cant find. the floor is rotted they want a least $5000.00 dollars to fix my floor. I dont think I should have to pay for this I will never buy another forest river product.

We recently purchsaed a Forest River Signature Ultra Lite. To date and we are talking maybe three weeks, we have found the furnace does not work, the bolt that gournds the battery literally split in half, so til we figured that out, we had no power, the lighting in the bathroom had to be re-wired, the wheels were majorily over greased, the linen closet door literally riped the hings from the frame and fell to the floor causing damage. The door separting the kitchen to the bathroom won't stay shut, even when you are parked it pops open, the microwave has moisture between the two glass panes, the CD/DVD player didn't work, it had to be replaced, other cabinet doors will not stay shut. There are a lot more issues. We can a mobile repair come out, but they charge $96.00, which we have to pay for even though it is under warranty. And if the warranty repair doesn't have all they need, which they never do, they charge each and every time they come out. Right now the mobile repair people are back logged (10+) days. This is peak season for RV'in. Will never purchase from Forest River again

We purchased a 2010 Flagstaff Forest River 625D pop up camper less than two years ago. We have used it a total of 7 times and have yet to have a trip without a problem. In my opinion the quality is cheap!!! We are looking to upgrade already because of the constant problems and believe me.... it WON'T be forest river. Want my advice - look at something else. Ours is brand new and a piece of SHIT and we do everything we are suppose to in order to take care of it properly.

Purchased a fw new Wilwood 26K 2011 last september 2010. From the first day, we have nothing but problems. Same day we had the fw, at home we could not unlock the door, service man drill the lock.Same week at the camping, again we drilled the lock to open the door. We discovered during the first rain that the roof was leaking. The dealer closed the fw for the winter. Last June when we expected to go for a trip, the water tap was inop, and the windows were leaking beacause wrong sealer was installed at the factory. The distance between the two seats is 25 1/2 inches, and the table 24 inches, so unable to use it as a visitor bed. For unexplained reason, the grey tank is blocked by plastic plug in the resrvoir, drop in during manufacturing. If I cloud go back 6 months, I would never buy so big pile of scrap.

Purchased a 22' new Wildwood l5 days ago and have had nothing but trouble. The air conditioner is the major problem. A/C running at 86 and shuts down completely. Took 45 minutes for it to kick back on (temp outside is 105) A/C acts like it wants to cut out (intermittent). Very unhappy.

I got a new wildwood and had it for 14 days and the AC/Heater don't work, Major electrial problems and because I got a 42ft. The tell me I have to pay for some one to come pick it up and bring it back. I have to live in my car untill the problems are fixed. So, two big dogs, two sugar gliders and my boyfriend all in my 230 (2 door) car and they said they are not made to live in all year round. Just two or three times a year. The best thing is I have not signed any paper work and lets see who is in trouble now. "SO FOR ALL THE PEOPLE WHO NEVER GOT HELP AND FEEL SO MAD, THIS ONE IS FOR YOU, WE ALL NEED TO STICK TOGETHER" THE BLONDY FORM TEXAS

I have a 2008 Berkshire that was purchased new in 2008. From the first trip that we took it out we have had problems with the dash air. In warm weather you cannot stand to ride it. It has 11,400 miles on it most which have been from trying to get the air conditioner repaired so it will cool even minimally. We have had 7 repair attempts and still are not fixed. The last 2 were at your factory repair in Elkhart. I am at the point that I would like a full refund of what I paid for this coach and all accessories that I have added. Otherwise I guess that we are going to have to let a judge ride it and see what he rules. I have been very patient. Everyone at your company has been very nice. But nice has not repaired the problem. I can be reached by telephone at 606-456-3920 or via email @ ghat1@bellsouth.net

Purchasing our brand new Wildcat was a dream come true, which quickly turned into a nightmare. I am shocked at the poor quality that went into putting this thing together. At first, the furnace did not work. We also discovered the tankless hot water heater did not work properly, the tail lights were not hooked up properly, the kitchen faucet leaks, multiple screws on the outside are put in crooked if at all, the caulk in the front is already separating, and the ladder was scraped up. This looks like the people who put it together just did not care about the quality of their job. I am so disappoint I could cry. Will not even think about purchasing forest river again nor will I recommend to anyone else.

I bought a 2007 Sunseeker by Forest River. Its a nice trailer but the decals on the side are cracking. After checking out several units here in FL a salesman in Nokomis told us that is common for that to happen. Common??? That Trailer is only 3.5 years old. That should NEVER happen. Just shows poor quality. I have seen numerous trailers and old trailers without there decals fading or cracked. They make defected material and obviously don;'t care about there customers. They get their money and forget you. DON'T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

We have a 02 FR. Cardinal 29' fifth wheel. We have traveled more than 50,000 thousand miles, probably closer to 70,000 with very few problems. We would purchase a cardinal again.

I AM A VERY DISSATIFIED WITH OUR PURCHASE OF 2004 26FT.RKS MODEL SURVEYOR IN JAN005 WE PURCHASED THIS CAMPER FIRST OUR WINDOW LEAKED.BATHROOM WAS WIRED BACKWARDS ANBACK TO THE DEALER AGAIN THEN OUR WATER PUMP WENT OUT NOW THEY TELL THAT THE WINDOW.HAS LEAKED AGAIN AND THAT SAME WINDOW HAS LEAKED AND OUR FLOOR NOW IT WOULD COST MORE TO FIX THE CAMPER THAN ITS WORTH.WHAT ABOUT THAT ///????
