Tell Me

I love Cracker Barrel, I do, so please tell me it's not true! I just heard that all the Duck Dynasty products that show Phil have been removed from your shelves. If it's true, I will miss eating there very much!

Mr. Robertson

I cannot believe that you would remove Duck Dynasty merchandise from your store. I guess you do not support one's 1st amendment right to voice their opinion. Well guess what, I use to frequent your restaurants but not any more if you are going to play those political games and worry about offending certain parties. SHAME ON YOU!!!

Disappointed!!!!!!

I'm very disappointed in Cracker Barrel for removing Phil Robertson's merchandise from your shelves. We have 19 people in our family and just about every birthday we go to Cracker Barrel to celebrate. Unfortunately we no longer will be doing that because of your stand, we stand with God and not man. Good bye Cracker Barrel.

Never again..

My wife and drive between California and South Carolina 4 times a year. we usually stop at a Cracker Barrel at least 3 times per trip, as we know the food is always good. We are both Christians and believe in the Constitution. We will not debate the correctness of what Phil Robertson said, but we will debate the right of him to express his beliefs. Being Cracker Barrel has decided for us what the people of this United States should believe, we decided not to ever eat there again.

Never will dine at Cracker Barrel again

You supported A&E so you will loose just like Chic Fillet gained

beef stew

You got rid of the beef stew on the menu and that is not good.

Cracker Barrel is asleep at the switch

I am disabled and cannot drive. As a result I must take a taxi or transit to my local Cracker Barrel. I love their food, particularly their fish fry on Friday. I've been there namy times on Friday hoping to include their delicious clam chowder with my fried cod. Sadly my local store manager has not had clam chowder being served. Talk about bummed out! I loved their New England style clam chowder. I've complained many times to my waiter, but everytime I show up Cracker Barrel is not serving it as I had hoped.

Pig Pen,Bad Service & food

Amarillo Tx. Very Bad Service ,Food, Laziest people kitchen staff didnt have a clue. our food was all wrong,no service. tea refill, one lady sitting next to us waited over a hour for food, one couple couldnt even get a salad? this place is HORRIABLE. DO SOMETHING Corportate!!!!!. i live in this town this has been going on for few years

Thanksgiving Order

This is the second year we ordered Thanksgiving dinner at Cracker Barrel. We had to wait, along with other others for two hours. It was total chaos. Last year everything went well, but there was no organization or food being served. I know it is a busy time of the year but I thought they were very unorganized. Orders were incorrect and if someone complained they were taken before the ones who were in line waiting. Also people who went inside and ordered received there food first. We preordered so this wouldn't happen. I will reconsider my options next year and pray that the Charlotte Pike location will try to fulfill their orders in a timely manner.

Table bus boy

We have eaten at Cracker barrel Bloomington Indiana for a lot of years. For the most part we have had good service from the waiters and waitresses. I would just like to say that the person that gets no glory is one of the guys by the name of Dave Morgan who buses tables and other duties. He works so hard and is really outstanding at what he does. He is always friendly and is always pleasant. Just wanted you to know that you have a great employee in Bloomington Indiana

Breakfast experience

Worse service of any place we have ever eaten. This has happened three times and now it's a strike out! Long wait for food, food missing from orders, food not hot, and manager really didn't care.

Cracker barrel Server

will never go back

my husband and I decided to eat at the cracker barrel in Dickson, Tenn..It was terrible...I ordered, meat loaf, mash potatoes, gravy and corn.. and rolls..and coffee.. I got 1 cup of coffee the whole time I was there..the potatoes was cold and lumpy and it look like it was full of potato peelings ,,no gravy..meat and corn was cold. and I got corn bread instead of roll..when I asked for the gravy it was breakfast gravy.then it had black hair in it..i'm a blonde so I know it was not mine....all I know I will never eat at a cracker barrel again and I will tell every one I know...PS.. the waitress was useless...they need to get better waitress..and better cooks...and wear hair nets...

I was happy with most of my very 1St visit then when leaving the Billings Montana when whoever was the man at the door was rude and unfriendly maybe because it was about 1030 in the evening and probably the last to leave. My question to ask you is why is he there. Is did not seen like he had the right attitude for that kind of work I probably will not go back there again.

Wont be back!

I went to the Cracker Barrel in Temple, Tx to get a to go order...as usual I went to the hostess stand to place my order, the hostess informed me that she would not take my order as I had to go and stand in line at the checkout to place an order, no menus were provided, so after waiting in line while people were checking out I finally got a menu...oh but wait, I had to step out of line to look at the menu, then get back in line to place my order. Well, surprise! the checker standing at the to go register, couldnt take my order, she had to call a waiter to come from the back to take the order. So along comes a waiter and gets my order (finally) and about 20 minutes later got my meal. My question is: What idiot came up with this process? I wont be going back.

We went for dinner at Cracker Barrel last night here in Fort Worth for the very first time and to make it short here is a copy of what I wrote about it on my Facebook page "Went to dinner last night here at Cracker Barrel in Fort Worth. We expected the inside to be very well decorated considering this is TEXAS. Well that was a disappointment, along with the food portions, and the food was so dried out and burnt. The say Visit Cracker Barrel Restaurant and Old Country Store, where pleasing people with our delicious home-style cooking is a priority. Hmmm not a big priority because we wont go back!!! Indiana I must say has much more interesting decor, food portions are MUCH larger and the food is edable."

Promote the Manager

The young female [didn't catch her name] in the evening at the Strawberry Plains, Tennessee exit from I 40 is excellent in every way, looks, intelligence, personality, and so on. So promote her to teach other managers, too many of which are shadowy slouches [not all]. Great meal, as always.

Made in America

I made an observation in your shopping area while waiting for my carryout food. Seems like everything offered is Made in China. It was especially ironic when you looked at the pieces offered from "Duck Dynasty" All made in China, How unAmerican is That

Suggestion

Having moved to Eugene OR. and finding no Cracker Barrel restaurant, my wife and I want you to know that a location has become available that would be PERFECT for one. A few weeks ago our local Marie Callender restaurant at Valley River Center closed due to a rent argument. The building itself could become a Cracker Barrel with little or no renovation. I think you should look into it.

Dangerous metal doorstop

Today me and my family ate in Dickson tn. The food is usually good but today the cornbread was very hard. On the way out of the store, wearing sandals, I skinned my right foot on the metal doorstop. It is very sharp. Why would anyone stick a sharp metal object out where people can get hurt? I told the manager but he didn't seem like he cared. I just hope they fix it before someone else gets hurt.
