Outstanding

Last night my family and I had what I would say to be THE best dinner and dining experience at any resturaunt in sometime at the Bonefish Grill in Kansas City North. The joint was packed, our reservation was spot on. The young hostess was precise wise introduction. The serving staff all made welcome comments when passing. The server was excellent. The manager was very welcoming on top of the rest. When the General manager greeted us during our wine selection I could see exactly where it all began. Service, food, overall experience was truly outstanding. Thank you for a great evening.

We are very happy Bone Fish has opened in the Gambril, Maryland area. We went there twice for dinner last week. Each time the service and food were amazing, especilly the soup. We went there for Brunch last Sunday and were not as pleased. I ordered the crab cake sandwich. The crab cake was overcooked and dry inside. Even though they were billed as "amazing crab cakes" it was very overcooked and dry inside. I would never order them again. A nice quiche (sp?) would be a great addition to your brunch menu.

Great idea

Won a gift certificate from the !2 days contest, which is a great idea. Would help quite a few eateries to follow your example to promote good food & good buisness.

Chicken Leftovers

I visited Bonefish Grill for the first time on 01/12/2013. I used a gift card I received at Christmas to pay for two dinners. The server was Brittney R and the total amount of the transaction was $81.00, ($69.51 and $11.49 tip). The gift card ended in 4610. I ordered Lily's Chicken, and the chicken was horrible. It had the texture and flavor of chicken that had been previously cooked and then reheated. I suspect the chicken was not prepared fresh as the outside was barely warm, and the center was not warm at all. The chicken on my Cobb salad tasted the same. I would like to be contacted by someone to discuss my dissatisfaction with my dinner, as I find it hard to believe an upscale restaurant like Bonefish Grill normally prepares its chicken menu items the way I experienced mine.

It is so hard to believe in this day and age that Children in Canada cannot purchase a gift card for us in the US without a huge problem when they can do it with other famous restaurants. A visa card is a visa card and I can buy anything in the world with it on line but not your gift card. You are are best restaurant but maybe we must change so our children can make it simple buy us a gift

Service

Ignoring senior Citizens, My Mother, who is 88 Yrs old, went to eat at the BFG in Metairie, La. The rest was dark & cold, so while waiting 20 minutes for a table at Appro. 11am opening, she fell backwards, trying to sit on what we later discovered was 1/2 a sofa. The hostess seemed to ignore the incident. After being seated, we were told they were out of sweet & low for our ice tea. I appreciate you looking into this matter. on the bright side, the food was excellent.

Bone Fish Grill, Camp Hill, Pa

Was at the Bone Fish Grill in Camp Hill, Pa on last Monday Nite November 26th.. The Steak and Crab cake dinner was totally AWESOME...the Yellowfin Tuna (sushi) was to die for... What an Asesome restaurant and the service all the way around was OUTSTANDING... Thank you Bone Fish for coming with your business to Central Pa...Keep up the Good Work..

I have been a regular of the Bonefish Grill in Clearwater, Florida for over 10 years. Brad at the front door is awesome and so is most of the waiter and bar staff. As a member of the VIP mailing list I often receive special offers. Last month I got a special for Alaskan Crab legs so my wife and 4 others went there. The crab legs were good but way too salty. I have high blood pressure so I couldnt eat them. When the manager came by I mentioned it to her and she said, "I'll let the cook know". She did nothing to make restitution for a meal I couldnt eat. A few weeks later I get another VIP invite for stone crab so my wife and I decided to try again. Theses crabs were very small and served cold. The waiter never mentioned that when we ordered them and they werent cracked very well. Once again nothing done to satisfy us. I am very dissappointed as of late.

deplorable service

Last night, some friends and I dined at Bonefish in Montgomery, AL. Three of us arrived before 5pm at which time we placed our orders; the remaining four arrived approximately an hour later. Our waiter never explained that it was happy hour nor what specials were available during happy hour. We all had to ask for bread. He never, ever suggested any, not any items...not even desserts. He seemed to be severly untrained, uncaring, and uncoffed. I have been to Bonefish several times, though I've only dined in a few times. This one dining experience was horrible. Then, to add insult to injury, once I paid cash for my bill, I asked the waiter for a paid receipt. He left and returned with a receipt; however, it was still that generic receipt that does not show what was paid and what changed was returned. I complained to the manager on duty; he apologized and gave me a card with another manager's name on it. Again, absolutely deplorable service!!!!

I visited this location 3-4 times a year, until recently. Past management were people-people, the present management fails to realize that I was the customer. He worked for me. I went from spending 5 figures a year, to zero in last 6 months. Bring back Dan!

Have gone to many Bonefish Grill locations over the years in Charlottesville Va, Tampa Fl, and Wilmington, NC. It is the ONLY chain I eat at as it has been consistently good. Except for last night at the North Myrtle Beach SC location. The heart of palm salad was tasty, but had so much water on the plate it lacked the standard crispness. The bread was great, but the waitress failed to mix the herbs in the olice oil. The entree I chose was broiled scallops and shrimp with the olive oil garlic sauce "on the side" per my request, cooked carrots and french string beans. The entire entree was filled with grease or oil (not sure which). Everything tasted the same. It seems this particular franchise does not know how to broil things and all of the oil slick ruined a potentially delicious nurtitious and low fat meal! Too bad and I was bragging to my dinner friend about the quality.

We have eaten in Bonefish in North Palm Beach Florida and always had a great meal. We took our family to Bonefish in Bothell, Washington hoping for the same experience! It was beyond terrible. The presentation of the food was poor. Our main entrees looked like starters or appetizers. We could not have been more disappointed in the entire meal!!

Someone is going to get impaled by a maints shrimp, so the real question is whether you can live with that until Tuesday.Nevertheless, I'll personally ensure you don't miss any of the fun.

We ordered a meal for take out when we arrived to collect it it was wrong we waited for the Neal to be re-done and returned home the meal that I had ordered was cold and very unpleasant ( due to having to wait for the other meal to be re ordered/re cooked. After a phone call to bonefish in winter garden Florida John the manager that night apologized and said he would comp us our next meal- happy with that thanks John. We went to bonefish ordered 1 parmesan crusted chicken mash, green beans, 2 ceasar salads with anchovies one with chicken and one with lobster. I waited 40 minutes and when it was finally ready I left only to get in the car and realize that the chicken was not there. I went back in to bonefish told the hostess and she informed the waiter on takeout and he said the chicken was in the kitchen he'd go and get it I waited 10 minutes and finally asked the hostess to find out what the hell was going on. I was amazed when he came and told me that "someone had taken his chicken" I thought he waxbhavi g a laugh what a poor excuse he then said that he was arranging for the manager to speak to me by this time the takeout food in my bag was cold AGAIN I decided that I was not in the right frame of mind to deal with any more excuses so my son dealt with it and spoke to James who said he would arrange for a couple of comp meals and that he would re- order our meal we went home and my son went to collect it 30 mins later when he got home and we opened the bag there were 2 cheesecakes (obviously as an apology gesture ) but guess what only ONE ceasar salad instead of two. What the hell this restaurant is playing at isn't funny. I SUGGEST YOU UPDATE YOUR STAFF AND MANAGEMENT AND GET ORDERS CORRECT FIRST TIME. THIS RESTAURANT S IS TRASH.

I am supposed to prfreom a monologue in drama, I know what one is, and I'm usually confident in my writing abilities, it's just, (I'm paranoid) I'm not sure if this is good, or if it's hard to follow . it's supposed to be at least a minute long. Also, please tell me if u think I will be sent to an asylum for it!!!Setting: Orphanage manager kills all orphans. How dare you sir! I mean, I admit that the predicament we're in, and the manner of this matter in it's intirety isn't one where I should be allotted any room to place shame,but.. My Lord, Sir! How could you I mean, I realize I'm not all there. Not in the least. but to refer to me as..one of them, those retched things, out there in those horrid cells, in their own little world, so uncaring of the rest of us It's unfathomable that I would ever be one of them. So sir, Do Not say that I am insane. Say that I'm less than I once was, or even.. not myself at the moment, but I can't be insane. I just can't I tell you! I.. realise, this doesn't look good.. I.. promise I do realise that, and, if I realize that, than I musn't be as crazy as you say, right? please sir, tell me I'm not insane . I mean, I musn't be.. right. ANSWER ME! Oh Dear God.. [sobbing] You see sir.. I can't be.. I, I cared about them, I swear to you I did.. They had to die.. I, those horrid little children I only ever loved them they You must know that they're better off now? Right that must be true Oh please sir please.. please I only ever cared for them.. only ever [knife clatters to the floor] [sobbing breaks off into laughter] It's all just a loss anyway..You, You retched little fool. I killed them. It's not like there was any one who would care either way, I freed them from their lonely lives! That's not insanity, it's productivity! All the people in the world, some needed to die, be it the twenty I killed or the fifty more being slaughter by others around the world. You can't possibly think I'm insane with such logic as that! Sir, please, you can leave now.. .. I .. sniff need to mourn now I ..[look to right] [scream] Oh My God.. WHERE ARE THEY? [sobbing]Okay, when I said prfreom, I meant I have to write and act out my own monologue, it actually can not be from a play or book Also, just so everyone knows, I haven't proofread this or anything, this is just the rough draft.. and it doesn't need to be grammatically correct anyway, though I do abhor incorrect grammar and spelling, this should do as a rough draft I just need to know if it sounds good not to point anyone out, just clearing things up.

I used to be an employee of Bonefish Gril, Greenwood Village, Colorade …I was a server for a short period of time…October 2011 through May 2012. I took this job after moving to Colorado. Having serving experience for a number of years, this really was just a temporary job to get by until my permanent position was in place. I enjoyed my time with Bonefish and to this day cannot say enough good things about the food. My fiancé and I dine out a lot…many 5 star restaurants, but when I want a casual atmosphere with excellent food and yummy drinks…I often choose Bonefish…much to my fiancé’s dismay. This evening I chose to go back to Bonefish with my daughter who is turning 18 soon, to celebrate her new job and college acceptance. I was hesitant about going back to this particular Bonefish…Only because of the way I had chosen to leave my job. You see…when I quit back in March of 2012 it was only because that particular night was a hellish one. I was on the verge of coming down with a major ear infection and was not feeling at all myself. Running a fever and in a lot of pain and not one to complain…I just wanted to get through the evening. This particular Saturday night was one of the busiest I had ever seen at Bonefish in my short tenure. A new manager, Kristen…forgive me…I don’t recall her last name was not the most pleasant to work with…and I quite possibly was not exactly working on my “A” game that night…I was quite ill. But I was doing the very best I could given the circumstance and not wanting “to call in sick”; I sucked it up and put my hours in that night. Anyways…that evening she could not have been ruder to me. Quite honestly, I did not care….I had also received a permanent job offer the day before and was going to be giving my notice very soon. After that night…I decided I had enough of her rudeness and I would not be going back. Not exactly the professional way to handle the matter…I admit. I should have just given notice…but again, this wasn’t a job I really cared about. And given the way I had seen her treat others as well as myself…my thought was…If you can’t show me respect, why I should I show you respect? Again, maybe not the most professional…but it was a decision I made in the moment. Now….several months later I chose to patronage Bonefish with my daughter to celebrate because we love the food…not the people….just the food. We were seated in a professional manner…and I was enjoying the drinks as well as the appetizers and the “saying hello’s to some old coworkers that I enjoyed”. I was having a brief conversation with an ex co-worker and I mentioned, Wow…lots of new faces here….This particular manager, Kristen, was clearing a table next to our when she very bitchly said…Said, new faces…that is because I became in charge and got rid of all the “Bad” servers. Really???? This was clearly a direct insult to me…one I did not appreciate given the fact that I am now a customer. A customer who just spent nearly $100 on just my daughter and me. I could not believe the rudeness that continues in her attitude. My reason for this note is that someone in the corporate headquarters needs to know she is not a quality manager. Who does that??? I wasn’t even talking to her. She very clearly ruined my evening with my daughter and who would I complain to??? She’s the manger! No one to complain to about her very shocking rudeness. Whatever her feelings are towards me….she could have chosen to be professional and NOT said a word. All I did was comment on the new faces in servers in the restaurant. Quite honestly…I’m sure the reason for the new faces is because so many quit because of her attitude and clearly lacking people skills. I’m shocked such a person is in a management position. She may be very good at what she does….but she is not good with people. I may or may not choose to dine at Bonefish again…That is up in the air. I have a million of other choices to go to when I dine out. I don’t need that type of treatment. I’m in sales for my day job, entertain quite a bit, and know a lot of people. I cannot say that I would really recommend this Bonefish in Greenwood Village to anyone due to the apparent lack of professionalism. I ask that someone please, speak with this Kristin about her attitude towards patrons. She may not like me….BUT I AM A PAYING CUSTOMER….Without paying customers her job does not exists…nor does Bonefish. Thank You for your time…. Sincerely,

Our dinner at the Bonefish was very pleasant. We were happy to see that the little girl who usually works at the front was our server. We usually come in twice a month and she always remembers our name. My wife and I ordered the Lobster which was cooked to perfection! Those potatoes au gratin are the best thing on the menu too. The manager stopped to say hello and was very nice as well. Over all our experience at the Bonefish was wonderful! It is just very cold.

Bonefish grill on forest drive in Columbia sc has racist employees who brandish antisemitic tattoos. When I complained about this and lewd comments made by employees the management was dismissive and rude. My children overheard the most offensive conversation I have ever heard in public and management was completely unsympathetic and defended a man with an Adolfo hitler tattoo blatantly on his arm. That is really all that needs to be said in my opinion.

We have been going to Bone Fish Grill forever. We are now in Tennessee and frequent the Turkey Creek restaurant. We have gone there and made to feel "special" and the food and the service was absolutely outstanding. That is why we buy $100 gift certificates and always go back --- the food is the very best. Well, we went this evening (June 20, 2012) and it absolutely SUCKED. The service is a joke - we had cocktails and ate at the bar and it was a nightmare. We asked out waiter/bartender what was going on and he said they are now a "training" restaurant. That's ok but it stinks. We asked out waiter about the California sea bass and he said it was Atlantic and didn't know anything about it. He did not offer to ask or find out about it. You always excelled in your help from bartenders to waitresses - they were awesome. So so sad and pathetic now. The "Manager" came over and we told him how we thought the service was nil and paying attention to what was going on was the worst. He could have cared less. It was Wednesday "Bang Bang Shrimp" half price. We usually go on Wednesday's because of this and the restaurant was almost empty - usually we can't find a seat at the bar. What a shame -- this was always one of our favorites and always gave gift certificates to friends and family. NEVER AGAIN. PLEASE PLEASE GO BACK TO WHAT YOU USE TO DO -- GOOD SERVICE AND ALWAYS MADE YOUR CUSTOMERS FEEL SPECIAL. Please pay attention and take care of good customers. We really would like to back. Hopefully, someone gives a crap.

The food was just okay. The waitress was really nice and answered our questions but we had to wait a long time to get the bill at the end of our meal.
