Keeping my money for 16 days until it's refunded

Bob gets to keep my money for that long and I cannot get another couch until I get my refund. I will never shop at bobs again. No one has been helpful, and you can clearly tell, they just don't care, it's all about making the sale. Worst customer service.

Handicapped couch

I purchased a couch and loveseat on 07/15/13, and was happy to hear that I could have delivery on 07/18/13. The scheduled delivery was fairly within the timeframe, and the delivery men were good, however the couch did not come with legs, therefore I have a handicapped couch. I spoke with Customer Care while the delivery men were still at my home, and was assured that the legs were in stock and would be shipped from the warehouse and I would receive them within 3 to 5 business days. It has now been a total of 15 days and my couch remains on my floor without legs. I've called 5 times and get the same run-around that the legs WILL be sent. Each call seems like the first time I'm talking to them. I've contacted the credit card and because I accepted the delivery, there was no recourse. What a mistake dealing with this outfit.

Worst company

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I ordered bunk beds for my son and had the delivery date pushed back twice ( well over a month of waiting ) due to parts being out of stock. The delivery team showed up to build them and didn't have ANY of the hardware! I've waited a week for parts to be "overnighted" due to the fact the stair case has been a safety hazard sitting in the middle of my sons room. No one has gotten back to me so I called for a refund. They stated because the pieces were delivered they would not give me a refund, even though the hardware is still missing! This is what you get when you buy from a discount store- discount service and discount product. I will be filing a law suite against this company.

Worst Experience Ever

I like many of you were taken in by their commercial. When my husband and I walked in the store the living room set we had in mind was right there. We didn't even walk around and 2 minutes later told the salesman to write it up. The floor sample was in white, we ordered black. When the set was delivered it came in a totally different fabric than what was on the floor. I talked to so many managers and wasted so much of my time to get no where. It is false advertising. They lie to your face and keep a smile on. I am going to small claims court. Please do not shop there for your own good.

NEVER AGAIN

My husband and I purchase a sleigh bed and bunk beds from bob's the sleigh bed came 2 weeks after purchase and the bunk beds did not arrive until a month later, when they finally brought the bunk beds they could not put it together because it didn't have the screws. Now they are telling me i must wait till 8/10/13 to get someone to come out and put it together. on top of that they said they was gonna come and get their because I told them i dont want it anymore then never came to get it when they said they was. i have a 5 year old and a 10 month old running around and 9 boxes in their room and 2 mattress and i have to wait weeks to get my money back. I just want them to come and get their stuff and give me my money back.

LETS ALL START A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT.

Bob's furniture has the worst quality furniture I have ever experience. They are the true definition of the term rip off. I purchased a dinning room set from them and in a week the table wood was scratched all over by just plates around. at one time with in that week the table scratched by moving a pizza box on it. I called the store in Poughkeepsie and was told that because I did not purchased the goof proof warranty, I was on my own: mind you one week later. I think all consumers should get together and start a class action law suit against this Bob Bozo. I would have been better off buying a table from kmart, that would have been a substantial improvement....

bobs no count on furniture

DONT DO IT.. i went from sitting on the floor to paying $1700.00 for furniture and now thats its broken and goof proof wont cover it ill be back on the floor.

Terrible Service

Terrible Service. They fail to stand by "Goof Proof" warranty. They are liars and have no integrity. Bob has failed the community. Lies all lies. Please stay away from this fraudulent business.

This is a terrible company from beginning to end! Stop making commercials your making a fool of yourself because your staff doesn't stand behind your product every department you speak to is lost. Been waiting two months for one piece of furniture! You should just have an automated system to respond to customer issues it will do a better job. Guarantee won't be doing this again!

Terrible delivery

After I ordered my couch and love seat I had to wait a week for delivery and when they got to my apartment they were so rude! First of all they didn't even try to get it up the stairs, they jammed it in the stairwell and gave up! I brought a king size box spring up those stairs, and saw someone else bring a couch bigger than mine up them too! So after half an hour of them being disrespectful and refusing to at least bring in the love seat, they left. I tried rescheduling it, and the only hours I could NOT be home for delivery is the hours they scheduled for it!!! The people at the store in south Attleboro were not helpful at all. I'm do aggravated I will NEVER go to bobs again!

over charged

I purchase a living room set. I have waited one year and a half for the return of my money for the over charge. And the main office called 3 time let in me know that they will be return my money and I still have not received my money. This purchase wasmade December of 2011.

Worst Customer Service ever

Ordered furniture March 28, 2013. I have been rescheduled 4 times. I requested to speak to store manager, he never came to the phone. Asked if something could be done about delivery charge. I was told we will talk about that after you get your furniture. I decided to cancel my order as I was very disappointed with customer service.

Worst Customer Service EVER

I bought $5,000 worth of furniture from Bob's. When it was deliverred, the delivery team was speaking in a vulgar language, my $1,000 mattress was ripped, and they left my entire home a disaster! They left styrophome, nails, and everything on my floor! I even stepped on one of them! After calling customer service, they basically have done nothing. Empty promises! I will be calling Corporate, and going to whatever length for them to actually resolve the situation. Will NEVER order, or use their services again.

Bob's furniture is no good

We bought a furniture at Bob's and one of the chair has been broken. We are still going throug hell to get our check, since they still wanted us to charge for the delivery, when the whole thing was their fault. Bad furniture and horrible customer service, not in the store but at their other offices including billing and delivering. Do not go there. It's furniture is dangerous for children. My child got hurt

Worst EVER

This company is by far the worst I have ever dealt with - wrong order and still fighting to get my money back after refusing the order. No apologies - no attempt to fix the problem and numerous excuses - "Our system is down and cannot process the refund at this time." It surely wasn't down when you took it out of my bank account in a timely manner......... I am quite sure it isn't "down" as they sit taking others credit cards in store as we speak !!!! I have contacted the BBB and an attorney - and WILL NEVER SHOP AT OR RECOMMEND TO ANYONE !!!!!!! BUYER BEWARE

Not good quality

Not a happy camper since I purchased a complete bedroom set and queen bed in January 2012 . I already had the dresser replaced due to goofproof. Problems with my daughters headboard and tonight the whole bed collapses as she sat on it. Called customer service and am not covered since 5 weeks out of warranty. And because it was not an accident the best they can do is in 4 days send a trained tech out. Well the last time they sent a trained tech to fix headboard he said nothing was wrong. Well if the same person show up I am in trouble. I guess you get what you pay for but 1800.00 spent should last more than one year. My child could have been seriously hurt and this is unacceptable. filing complaint with corporate on Monday

HORRIBLE Waldorf MD location

I love Bob's stores when we move with the military we buy pieces. I have always gotten GREAT service and fairly decent prices but their new Waldorf, MD location is HORRIBLE. I know this is not what Bob's Furniture stands for AT ALL so imagine our surprise when we received the treatment we had, they were no different then the other stores none of us will shop for this reason. They chase you around, fight over customers in front of customers, interrupt conversations repeatedly, even if you're on your cell. They DEMAND you know they're your rep so as one said you don't go to another rep giving her commission away to another. Their only concern is COMMISSION not really helping customers. It's like a cartoon where their eyes bug out n they see $$ signs when they see you walk in, not a customer. You're nothing more than a bag of money. Value City n Regency Furn around here treat customers like this n that's why we've traveled to get our furniture bc of that behavior. I also shouldn't be shown the most expensive while I hear in the background black customers are being shown the least expensive items when we both said we are looking for sofas under a certain price. What they showed us were sofas $1,500 over what we were able to spend meanwhile the black couple were being shown the most affordable. For this I didn't need their help I had to walk around the entire store to find the best prices, therefore the rep wasn't earning her commission at all. The commission should be given to us since we did her job. This happened both times we were pricing things out there. They're not at all educated on their products either. We won't spend our hard earned money n be treated this way. The following you around continually asking if you needed something when you said you will find them when you do makes it horribly uncomfortable. Where's their customer service? There was a huge lack of customer service. Way to treat military since many many people who live around here work at military bases, there is no other reason people live here, even people from here won't admit they're from here, just not a nice area to live so these reps need to find a way to "stand out from the crowd" n not be anti-white reps who think of us as nothing more than money bags. These behaviors caused my friend n us (all military) to leave n not return.

Goof proof is a phony gimmick

My husband and I purchased a leather love seat and sofa that cost us 3500 dollars. We recently noticed that we had tearing on the fabric and the leather was coming unstiched. We called to see if the furniture could be replaced or fixed and we were told that the goof proof didn't cover it. We spend a lot of money with bobs every year. We were even thinking of going back to buy a new dinning set,and some new beds for each of our children.but after this I think that we will be taking our business elsewhere. We are very disappointed

YOU SUCK!!!!

I purchased a sleeper sofa and loveseat from BOB's after being hit by hurricaine Irene, I also purchased the goofproof warranty (what a waste). Needless to say I was hit again by Sandy. SO I went back to Bob's to see about replacing the furniture and just transfer the warranty over. They needed to call the higher ups on the chain and the answer was no. The warranty was not transferrable. To say the least I was pissed, I said that since they wouldn't stand behind their stuff I couldn't go through with another purchase... (they only got the star because I can't post without one)......
