Besides the ridiculously phony Col. Sanders ads, service is frequently faulty. Either dump the ad or find a better actor with a real accent.
My experience at Pizza Hut (33418) was not good. The sign was not lit making it difficult to find you. The two pies l ordered were not very
good for the price l paid.
I am a stock holder, but do not feel good about the stock now. It has done little lately.
After seeing the article and foto of the Taco Bell employee licking the tack shells, I have to say that I will never buy a taco from Taco Bell again. To say that they shells were not served to customers sounds to me like the IRS saying that they did nothing wrong. How stupid do you think we are?
P.S. Food stamps. Really. I'm a senior citizen who has worked hard all of my life. I wouldn't think of using food stamps at a fast food restaurant if I had them.
I worked hard.as a manager for yum brand. One if the employees ran me over in your parking doing server lifetime damage to me and your company through me to the dogs. I watch other companies help their people yet a large company allows their insurance company to let me lose my life. If not for my parents in there late seventies i would be homeless. My dedication to you was useless. I just hope u never know the pain and desperation that you have allowed me to become.
The benefit payout is a scam I sent in all my paperwork and now I'm told oh we didn't receive it so you are out of luck so sorry but hurricane sandy messed up the mail and you are just out of luck because I didn't call every day to see if they recieved my packet!!! when I did call I was told I would get it the first week of Jan . call back if I don't get it by the 4th now I'm told too bad this is a scam!!
I was told my benefits would be in my bank account the week before Christmas now they say after Christmas I wanted to talk to supervisor they said one wasn't there yum brand benefits program is the worst I have seen and needs a lot of improvement
yum brand is best i think. its group restaurant are working well and serves customer in a very decent way. no doubt i have also worked with this group from last two years.as assistant manager with kfc.
all relevant restaurants operation are very effective and strictly follow HAACP rules and present safe and healthy food to their beloved customers.

If there was a "0" rating, that's what the Taco Bell store in Green Valley would receive. I went to this location on July 22, 2012 and not only was the customer service horrible, but the chicken in my cantina burrito was raw! within four hours of eating this food, I was very ill and vomitting for an entire day, not to mention the other unsightly symptoms that went along with it.
After ordering and eating the majority of the cantina burrito, I noticed that the chicken inside the burrito was a bright pink color. I took the chicken to the manager and questioned her as to why the chicken was pink and told her that I was concerned that I would get sick. She told me "I don't know", went over to the pot where the chicken is kept behind the counter, pulled out a large spoonful of chicken, placed it in a bowl, cut it up, then said "all of the chicken is pink inside, what do you want me to do about it?" I informed her that the chicken appeared to be raw. She then stated that she checks the temperature of the chicken, however when I asked her what the temperature of the chicken should be to insure that it's properly cooked, she told me that she did not know and again said "I don't know what you want me to do". I then asked her for the phone number to corporate, which she told me I could find on the front door on my way out of the store. Not only was the food not fully cooked, but the customer service was terrible. The manager had absolutely no regard for the health of her customers.
I was able to contact the district manager here in Tucson/Phoenix, who told me that he would be speaking to this shift manager in person. I informed him that the only recourse that would satisfy me would be for the shift manager to be fired... I have yet to hear back from him... I highly suggest NOT eating at this store; or this location in particular.
I WAS A GM FOR TACO BELL AND I HAVE TRIED TO GET IN TOUCH WITH CORPORATE AND (SURPRISE)NO RESPONSE.I GOT SICK ON THE JOB 4 YEARS AGO.THEY TERMINATED MY DISABILITY,NEVER RESPONDED TO MY PHONE CALLS AND LETTERS.I AM FED UP WITH THIS COMPANY AND HOW THEY TREAT THEIR EMPLOYEES!!!!!
Somerset, KY store the service was terrible, the store was very clean and we waited 30min on our food and never received it we ask for our money back and left. We eat at taco bell all the time at home an this has never happened but we will never patronize somerset taco bell again
You reciently changed your potato salad about 4-5 months at Kentucky Fried Chicken. We used to get the potato salad as part of our meal. But not anymore. It taste terrible now, go back to the orginal. The two mustard potatoe salad, I'm not sure if that is the name of the orginial PS or the name of the new crap your putting out now. In fact we haven't been back to your stores sence then. Please bring back the old orginal potato salad!!!!
Re: Food Stamps being used in your stores. Do you think anyone is really buying that you are looking out for out senior citizens by pushing for an already broken system to allow food program cards to be used in your stores.Senior citizens are smart enough to know they can buy enough for several meals in the grocery store and they are not to lazy to cook it. All this will do is allow all those people who are not working to dash to your stores and spend more on one meal than they would on several meals to feed their illigitimate kids because they are driven to do things the lazy way. This is the craziest thing I have every heard and if it does get passed. I can assure you that myself and everyone I know have all agreed to boycott anything YUM has a hand in. Email your KY Governor people. I did!!!!!
I put this rating because of your poor choice on using FOOD Stanmps in your resturants.There so many people gettig Food Stamp and don't deserve them and the one's at do deserve them don't get them.The OHB so called adminration is not helping any one and you are going to help ?????
The company rips people off on the internet orders with Pizza Hut. Total Scam. They sell your credit card info to 3rd parties and you get charged on your card until you call and make a big stink. Yum is the worst ethical company I encountered in my 41.10 years. Terrible, Unethical, Frauduant, Criminal, Deceitful, Dishonest....and on, and on.... I want every dollar and cent they stole from me and I am going to make sure that your terrible company stops ripping of America. Just do a Google on Pizza Hut and Credit card Shopper Discount Scam. You people should be ashamed of yourselves. :o(
