I have been on hold for 1 hour 13 minutes and I have still not been able to get my issue resolved. They are as bad as they get. There should be another service that provides better way to send money which will force Western Union to be more competitive and more cunsumer freindly. Calling and speaking to someone in Pakistan or mexico as I have had to do is rediculous as they have poor language skills and understanding of issues.
