my review is not so much on the working of the heater but the lack of your customer service department being unable to get one leg to replace one that was broken on the heater i ordered. I have refused to return the entire unit for such a simple fix. The don't know the manufacture or how to find out how to get a replacement part. that is poor customer service and business practice. so my low rating is not on the heater but on the people you have working for you
