Vizio Corporate Office & Headquarters

Tuff to find service.....I'm thinking twice.....about this product.

Really Bad customer service and management, bought a smart tv for 700.00 and only lasted a year and all they want to do is charge me for another. Really disgusted.

I have never dealt with more condensending supervisors in my life. I will NEVER purchase another Vizio product. Nor will any of my family members. You say your #1. I say that wont last long if you keep treating customers the way you do. Shame on Vizio
