Very nice people to work with and have clean equipment they stand behind.

This company has way to many chiefs. I have yet to talk to or find an honest person within this company. When someone is in an emergency family sistuation they can not even get their vacation time paid out when they are not able to be at work. I have power of attorney to act for the person and the company will not co-operate. Maybe they should employee a few trained educated professionals. Even my uneducated 20 year old knows what a power of attorney is.

Lavae, I was able to hold a humming bird that kcnoked itself out flying into the kitchen window. It regained consciousness, flutered it's wings & flew off. Sadly to day I found the 2nd dove in the last week drowned inthe pool after flying into the sliding glass door's above the pool. I'm glad you're story had a happier ending!

The lien department at the corporate office is filled with a bunch of lazy women who do half a** jobs. The manager in the lien department is a liar and dismisses all ideas until she finds a way to make them her own. They have improper training for new employee's, thus gives improper work tactics. Lien releases are done improperly from the new employee's because of lack of training. Lien department is rude and when customers call them directly instead of emailing a lien release request, they purposely wait til the end of the day to get it done. A lot of request don't get handled in a timely manner because a lot of the employee's throw them in the recycle bin if the request is too much work. They even bad mouth companies to other companies. Although...the collection department does adequate work.

Over the past 5yrs we've had an excellent business relationship with United Rentals. Until, they rented me a 375 air compressor leaking oil. The oil pushed through all the lines in our sandblasting equiptment, including the oxeygen supply to the air fed helmets, causing carbon monoxide poisioning. After speaking with management they admitted renting out the compressor without prior checking it. They assured me they would take care of my equiptment, and hospital bills. When it came down to the wire they turned around and denied everything, and said there was nothing wrong with the equiptment. They lost a very valuable account, and will now be in court to pay for all of the damages, hospital bills, ect. It's not the fact that something went wrong, everyone knows that machines can malfunction. The problem is the lieing, and mishandling of a situation, that could of easily been corrected, at a minimal cost between United Rental & Top Notch Sandblasting. We could have continued to have done business for years, but this is the path they chose.
