U Save JFK and LGA locations in NY managment add extra price to the customers bill. They park cars on the street. And when cars receives tickets. They take the money out of the employees check. Without notice. They don't pay their employees time and a half and don't give them lunch breaks working 12 hour shifts. Don't use them they are crooks.They don't give holidays to employees. If its a Jew holiday you can't even call them. If you do they want to fire you. These people are crooks.

I personally would give this company a 0 rating if it were an option. The lady at the Somerset County U Save was the worst costumer service person I have EVER dealt with, she has very poor respect, even accused me of briging the van in on empty or the monthly contract check. She used Gods name in vain to me on the phone and then hung up on me. I tried to get Tri Star to change rental companies for me and they wouldn't. I will NEVER EVER step foot in there again!!!!!!!

I called regarding a fee charged by USave for a parking violation. Customer Services asked if I wanted a breakdown of what the fee incurred. I thought he would email a breakdown, but he went on to inform me verbally. Customer Service stated, the fee incurred getting up and going to get an envelope, then putting a stamp on in, then...that's when I stopped him and indicated I don't need this attitude from U Save customer service.
