was told last payment had to be paid by today or there would be a 350.00 fee added on top of the one final payment due , asked for a call back from corperate and still havent recieved a call bk

Since getting A loan things went down hill and I was told by the manager to sell or rent my house to pay our bill don't think I will ever do this again.

Since some recent staff changes at one of your locations in AZ I have been very unhappy with the service I receive. I also agree that it is way less convenient to pay now. I have been a customer for two years, I'll be selling my loan next month.

I have been a customer off and on for years now I like the company but now you have the most inconvient ways of making your payments
