Thrifty Corporate Office & Headquarters

On a recent family vacation to Orlando Florida we reserved a car through Thrifty. What a horrible experience. As I was waiting on line I noticed ( 7 times) that each time an agent completed a transaction they left the counter for 10 minutes or so. When they would return they would sit there for a few minutes before calling anyone. When I got to the counter I asked why this was happening and the agent, Ishmal said that this was not happening, basically calling me a liar. He became belligerent and refused to give his full name. At this time his supervisor is at the next station ignoring the situation. Ishmal then refused to wait on us and had a smug look on his face. When the supervisor got around to attending us, he said they are working on employees leaving their work stations. He never apologized or talked with Ishmal about his behavior. This is not the way a customer should be treated. Unfortunately you are Thrifty when it comes to employment. You must be scrapping the bottom of the barrel for employees. I will never rent from your company again, no matter how good the prices are, how you treat your customers is just as important as price. :-(

People are waiting for 2 hours in line to get a car! Why aren't you more prepared for the reservations you've received. This is absurd.
