| To: President or CEO: I have been a customer since you were Bell South. My fiance and myself are terminally ill and we depend on our HP to get in touch with our Docters etc. At this moment our HP is not working properly,for us to communicate we need our telephone.On Oct.6,2011 we went to the AT&T on Beville Rd.,Daytona Beach,Fl.we bought a sim card for this month(#386-316-9975).The telephone worked for not even 24 hrs.W5801 Sony Ericsson.I would not have this telephone right now if it wasn't for the slick/munipulative salesman. We are very sick let alone very,very broke.I paid.$53.25 for this telephone and now this phone does not work nor my computer.Time Warner we finaly settled with ,they got us extented warranty and we are very satisfied with their professionalism.Now I have to go back to the phone store,(spend my last$)and pray that I get professionalism their today because I am not in the mood to deal with ye.#1 you are always finding a way to make a buck off of the unfortunate.Thomas56@cfl.rr.com | |
