Very rude customer svc

I've spent thousands of dollars over the years with this company. My credit score went down due to some of life circumstances. I've never missed a payment on the four pay plan. The credit department was very rude. Sportsman's guide cares nothing about loyal customers. They only care about what a computer says about you. I will never use them again. I have quite a few pepper friends that spends much more money than I do who will now never buy from them again because of their lack of appreciation for their loyal customers.

I have been a member of the SG Guide for probably 30 years. I have found their catalogs great to read and sometimes buy...actually a lot over the years. Shipping was very expedient and returns no hassle at all. The first place I turn to for great deals is SG!

I've done business with this company for many, many years. Their products are top notch and their service is better than most other catalog companies. I highly recommend them.

Very Satisfied

I have ordered a number of items from The Sportsmans Guide over the years and have been nothing but satisfied with the products and their customer service. I had a item that was damaged on one order and they promptly replaced it without any hassle whatsoever. Unfortunately, it seems that the overwhelming majority of people that take the time to review products or companies tend to be of a disgruntled nature where satisfied customers simply go about their day for the most part. Therefore, people browsing sites like this tend to receive a more one-sided opinion in my experience. While I agree that it should be know if a company isn't living up to the reputation it boasts regarding customer satisfaction - anyone with any type of experience in retail or service industries knows that one can't please 100% of the people 100% of the time. That is not an excuse for companies, just a simple fact. They should always try. Long story short, I would definitely buy from The Sportsmans Guide again.

disgruntled

I have been trying for around 2 years to get off of this company's mailing list. They simply ignore me and keep sending the catalogs. There should be some penalty for companies like this.

I hope this message reachs sportsman guide corprate office. I will never buy from your company again. Your customer service is 3rd rate at best and i do not believe this company believes in its 100% customer satisfaction.I have my family and friends all agree that we will not be doing business with this company anymore.You truely need to look into customer service and your product staff.If you care to contact me you can at drkaries666@yahoo.com.

i recentley placed a order 2 of the items were placed on back order. some weeks later i had recived a phone call telling me my order was in,this is when she informed me that my card was not working . i informed the custmer service that i had cancled my card becuas i lost it. I had asked if they could e-mail an invoice so i could send a money order for the amount due, custmer service refused to send the invoice for all i knew this could have been a scam ,if they would have just sent the invoice i would have know that it was sportsmanguide. when i was on the phone with custmer service i became very angry and told them to cancle my order,and that i was going to ship every thing i orderd back for a full refund!! I decided to keep my things but with this kind of service i will probley never do busness with sportsman guide again!!!!!!!! they will have to do a lot of ass kissing to get my busness again!!!!!!.

I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED IN YOUR MANAGER IN YOUR ORDER DIVISION. SHE LACKED PROFESSIONALISM AND CUSTOMER COURTESY.When I PLACED MY ORDER I WAS TOLD THERE WERE TWO ITEMS IN STOCK. WHEN I RECEIVED ONE OF MY ITEMS YESTERDAY A NOTICE WAS ATTACHED INFORMING ME THAT IT WAS ON BACK ORDER. THAT IS VERY MISLEADING.WHEN I SPOKE WITH THE MANAGER SHE REALLY ACTED LIKE SHE COULD CARE LESS. I DID NOT APPRECIATE THE STATEMENT SHE MADE IN TELLING A CUSTOMER IN THE FIVE YEARS SHES BEEN A MANAGER NO CUSTOMER HAS EVER SPOKEN WITH ANYONE AT CORPORATE OFFICE. WHEN I ASKED FOR CORPORATE NUMBER SHE WAS HESITANT NOT TO GIVE THE NUMBER.AS A CORPORATE OFFICE I HOPE YOU WOULD LIKE FEEDBACK FROM YOUR CUSTOMERS ON SERVICE AND DIPLEASED CUSTOMERS.
