Disappointment
We purchased both a couch and love seat in June 2015. The love seat is falling apart. Customer service has been rude to us in correcting this matter. I have photos. The love seat is supposed to be leather. It is black in color with the ability to raise the legs. It is very difficult to put the bottom down once reclined. The middle console is loose and moves about freely , there is a large gap between it and the middle compartment . The staples inside the lid of the console are jagged and scratched the color off the sofa and threads are hanging from it. There is also too large a gap between the right seat and middle. This is not what we paid for! I wish I would have purchased from a competitor and want a reasonable resolution to this.
