Fenwick island store, on more than 1occasion I have tried to purchase chicken from this location. 3 breast,3thigh,and 3 drumstick each time. I have been rudely told in front of an entire store that if I am going to order so much chicken at one time ill need to call ahead. What?! It 9 pieces of chicken and call ahead to a convience store!? I am a local and used to support this store yr. After being treated so rudely more than once I won't even buy gas here, and will be letting my friends,family, and co workers know of the treatment to expect at this location. Shame that so many locals will be informed.

I stop by 8:15pm, Royal Farm at 6 W Lebanon Rd, Dover, DE, I bought 2 donuts ( $.99 ea ) I paid with a $5.00 bill and the manager who was taking care the register at the time gave $1.04 change, so I told her 30 seconds after that my change was wrong and she told me very disrespectfully: Manager : when? When I sold you donuts? I never saw you. I said: you just sold me 30 second ago 2 donuts and gave you $5.00. And she said: I never saw you !!! I said: what happen was that while I was on the front of you paying at register you where on a conversation with a guy, and you never saw me, is not about the money, $2.00 is not going to make me rich or poor, but the way she talk to me I believe was not right, I hope royal farm take seriously this complaint.

you discontinued giving matches with the purchase of cigarettes @ the North East store. i understand you did this so the customer would purchase a lighter.my business will now go to wawa across the street.

I stopped in your Hanover Pa. store on Sunday morning around 8:30 am. to get gas. I was in total shock that this store could look so bad , as I entered the mats at the front door were filthy, coffee had been spiled outside and walked through be a bunch of people. Litter was around the gas pumps and on the parking lot, a total lack of managment!! This is a fairly new store and it's ashame that it is such an eye sore in our Great town of Hanover, shame on Royal farms Supervision for allowing this to happen !! you should all be FIRED !!

your store at1119 falls road is the pits why do you keep putting these young people in these store with no coustom service. it dont make sense no coustom service .talk about their personal business spent to much time with costoms talk while iam late for work you got to do better if iam gonna keep spending my money at this store i come to this store everyday #No thanks for bad Service

Terrible Service, no where nearly enough chicken cooked, only wanted 2/ 2piece breast & wing- they didn't have enough cooked! Lost cab fare going there- went to Popeyes and got the dinners there. Won't go back to the Rehoboth Beach, Delaware store ever again.. RUDE personnel !!!
