The brochure and confirmation listed Barcelona as the ending port and was changed to Taragona, fifty miles away without letting the buyer or the travel agent know. Arrangements had to be changed at considerable cost and no representative seemed to care about the inconvenience. Finally, the trip was cancelled at an additional cost of $200.00 The unconcerned attitude of five different reps makes one wonder if the Cruise line is really as high end and customer centered as advertised.
