AWFUL If your even if the smallest way considering getting any type of insurance with this organization DONT! I have paid them for years and they are denying my claims despite on going issues. The customer service is a JOKE! Every time you call you simply get the run around. Your promised returned phone calls and don't get them. They get their premiums paid, but don't pay claims, so please save yourself a lot of trouble and go with another company that will help you.

my claims manager was out of town so i had her replacement call me. 1st she didnt say her name plus she had no idea what was going on in my claim. very frustrating. rude and disrespectful.................why would i make this up. oh yeah she hung up on me too smh

You're painting with broad strekos aren't you? I've presented my work in poster sessions in the past but not of my own volition. It has usually been the result of too many papers submitted for the time alotted to present them.

Prudential provided informaion about a life insurance policy to someone that dosen't own the policy. Specfically Prudential had a conversation with someone that didn't own the policy, sent that person forms to change the beneficiary, then spoke to her again and advised to make a claim in writing on the policy, then restricted the policy owne from doing anything with his own polciy. Now the other person is using the Prudental life insurance policy to blackmail him for the return of the policy. There is documetary evidence to support these allegations.
