Smart thinking - a clveer way of looking at it.

Nice post. I used to be checking cnatsnotly this blog and I'm impressed! Very useful information specifically the remaining part I care for such information much. I was looking for this certain information for a long time. Thanks and good luck.

Last Sunday (11/9), after a hockey game at a rink in Springfield, we went to the Piccadilly Pub that was nearby. One of my grandson's ordered a medium hamburger off the regular menu. When his meal arrived and he cut his burger in half, it was RAW. My son-in-law showed it to our waitress and reminded her the burger should have been MEDIUM. When the burger came back the second time, it was cooked on the outside, but again RAW further in. Again, the waitress was called. She said he could have a new burger, but since we were 2 hours from home, we didn't have the time to wait. So, my son-in-law ordered my grandson mac n' cheese. I was really surprised when the bowl arrived and it looked like the mac n' cheese one gets when you buy the microwavable mac n' cheese. What a disappointment! We were really surprised when the bill arrived that we were charged full price. So, along with the slow service and this incident, it didn't make for a good afternoon. I'm sure we'll be going to more hockey games at the same rink we were at on Sunday, but we will NEVER go back to that restaurant and, we would NEVER RECOMMEND it to any of the other families that go and are looking for a place to eat.

To whom it may concern I was eating dinner at Peccadilly 3425 Poplar Ave. In Memphis , Teenessee on Sunday 09-26-10. I was eating my cheese Cake and at the same time I was bitting on some CARBIB pieces that was in my cheese cake cutting my tongue. These pieces of carbon caused my tongue to bleed. The manager was nice and he took the carbon pieces that I spit out of my mouth onto a napkin with him. I asked the manager what was that and he stated carbon build up from the oven. The manager took care of my ticket and wrote up the incident and told me that he will send it to risk management office but I don't know if he did or not. I just don't want this to happen to someone else. I was hoping that someone call and let me know something about the incident or to let me know that it had been reported and taken care of the problem. I went to the emergency room becarse I still had problems eating my food. I was given something for pain and infection medicine. I pained and suffered two days from this carbon in my food and I hope this want happen to someone else. I hope that Piccadilly will Honor My Hospital Bill and HONOR ME TWO DAYS OF PAINING AND SUFFERING. NOTE:By the way the food was good. Thank you.

FILTY RESTAURANT IN FOXBORO. THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED FOR THAT LOCATION.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. This was Piccadilly Express in Hyattsville MD. First there was an issue with the customer in line ahead of me attempting to pay for her food. The after waiting for over twenty minutes I handed the cashier a $20 bill to cover my $8.79 order. I was then handed back $1.21. I informed the gentleman I gave him a twenty he rudely responded no you gave me a ten. The manager offered less help. They took the till to the back and claim they counted it. By this time my food was completely cold and refused when asked for a refund. I will never eat ate this establishment ever again!!

We ate at North Reading. My husband ordered the Fisherman's Feast that was $15.99. The waitress asked if he wanted french fries or onion rings so he chose onion rings. He got five very greasey onion rings under his piece of fish and when the bill came it was $18.98 instead of the $15.99. When we asked why, the manager Stephen said it was because he substituted onion rings for french fries. I told him there were only 5 uneatable onion rings and you're charging $3.00 more and the waitress never said there was an additional charge for the onion rings. All the manager said was I'm sorry but that's just how it is.

the food at the resturant was excellent...what troubled me was the BLOCKED fire exit that was blocked and cleared two weeks ago when we were there.....today we went back and same chairs stacked in FIRE exit ...safety should be your concern .... the male manager was rude when i brought this to his att.....i am giving you a chance to correct this problem but something should be done......i noticed a lot of elderly people eating they would have trouble getting out..... I WILL BE WATCHING FOR PROGRESS IN THIS MATTER THANKS

We are writing in regards to our recent visit. Let us tell you first out of any Piccadilly we have ate at this is usually our favorite! Although on Tues 4/27/2010 we were so disappointed. From the moment we walked in the hostess acted like my wife wasn't even there. The waitress was nice but not with it at all. She took our order and then half hour later she comes out to tell us the item I ordered had not arrived yet? Were they waiting for it ? The salads came and they were soggy with a tomato slice that looked like it had been in the refig for weeks. When the meal came I had a steak that was so dried out, half the plate was missing (gravy, butter)and the carrots were cold. Now my wife had baked haddock/scallops. The plate was so hot to touch she got burned...then there were two small scallops in the whole dish.As we were forcing it down the waitress walked by and looked at my wife with a smile and asked if the dish was good?? I then asked for another coke and she never brought it. Right then we knew something was not right. Instead we paid the bill and left. The most horrible experience ever...we spent $43.81plus were stupid enough to leave a tip of 15%...could you please look into this situation? Thank-you Darryl Ellis
