I AM SICK OF LOSING MONEY THRU THIS BANK SUPPOSEDLY I HAVE BEEN WRITING CHECKS ON A CLOSED ACCOUNT THERE ARE CHECKS THAT KEEP COMING THRU I SAYING I AM DOING THINGS IM NOT THERE ARE SOME CROOKED PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE I HAVEN'T THE SLIGHTEST IDEA OF WHERE THINGS ARE COMING FROM I HAVE NOT SIGNED UP WITH DIRECT EXPRESS CARD BUT BELIEVE ME I WILL NOW I DON'T TRUST BANKS NOW

Poor training. They made a number of mistakes on my accounts and then I was accused of not giving them full information. Poor training.

I didn't find any thing less than one star, because you don't deserve not even half star, we are a company that we switch to different bank now, NO SERVICE, NO RESPECT for THE CLIENT, NO PROFESSIONAL TRAINING, EMPLOYEES ARE NOT IN THE LEVEL THEY HAVE TO BE, plus believe it or not, for fraud charges =>YOUR MONEY IS NOT SAFE THERE

I think peoples's bank need proffecional employees. Or they need to have a very good customer service training . Special in Shippan ,Stamford
