A headache dealing with the non-caring and unprofessional staff. A nightmare to deal with! I just cancelled my order of 3 appliances that I had purchased. Will not ever deal with this company at Brea, CA!!!

I have had the worst experience at the San Juan Capistrano, CA store. Months of delays, damaged hardware, and horrible after sale service. Shame on you pacific Sales.

I should have read and listened to reviews above. I have had the worst experience with the Torrance location. Be extremely careful in reviewing every single detail of your order. I placed my order back in May along with a deposit. When I called for delivery, I was told that my order was never activated and found out that most of my order was not in stock. I'm now in the middle of a kitchen installation and need to wait 6 weeks for parts. This is just the first of many things that have gone wrong. I recommend going out of your way to use another supplier.

Pacific Sales in Miramar is horrible. I have been without a fridge for almost a week now. My contact has been Pam Brown, the store manager. She's already the store manager so I can't speak with her manager. There isn't any District Manager contact information online. Pam never returns my calls and has been so unhelpful. The only thing she has actually done is make this experience horrible

Pacific sales in Cerrito is absolutely terrible. Customer service is ridiculous and doesn't exist. Once they get your money forget everything else. Suppose have my appliances delivered. Never received or got a phone call like I was promise. I called nobody returns my calls. Left on hold for ten minutes nobody picks up. The manager (John) is a JOKE! First and last experience. Rather deal with HOWARD'S!!!

Pacific Sales Customer Service in Torrance, CA. is the worst! I dreaded having to call and again nothings changed it's still horrible. I can't believe the regional manager allows this to take place. They answer and leave you hanging on the phone, if you leave a message no one calls you back, unbelievable!
