I have been working with the personnel at PNC bank for 3 weeks to redeem a CD that was left to me by my deceased aunt. Phone calls are not returned; the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. This bank does not know the meaning of customer service. The rating on this website is well deserved.

I had the worst experience with this bank!!! The communication (lack of communication) was astonishing!!!! I had one rep tell me my account was open. Another person tell me my account was closed. The other person could not see my money. I would not recommend this bank to anyone who wants to keep track of their money.

Very unhappy with the Orange Blossom Mall branch..Branch manager is very unpleasant and down right rude...Their main drive thru teller is very demeaning and shouldn't be allowed to work with the public... Hate that branch and will not be going back!!!

Tried to make a change on my autopay loan payment. Started in early October, it is now December 20th, PNC still has not gotten the change made correctly.

Your guys policy on check cashing if I am not a bank member is ridiculous. The bmv requires social security card birth certificate proof of insurance and two proofs of address in order for me to obtain a state(gov.) issued I.d. Or a license. So why you need more than my license to cash a check puzzles me. And not everyone has a (major credit card) to ruin themselves with. Have a wonderful day and use some common sense.

When I call to ask for an operator I want to talk to a human not a stupid robot give me a number to call or I'm just going to tell everyone to change out of your bank and that you are all fake and you steal people's money thank you have a talking day

I've spent several hours on the phone today trying to reach a level of competency at PNC - to no avail! Sadly, this bank, at its executive level, seems to think that customers don't matter. They keep you on hold for hours on end - just hoping to get rid of you!

I have tried for an hour to contact a person to talk to about a coming mortgage foreclosure and have not been able to get anyone except for people at a local branch who tell me I need to call a toll free number that gets me nowhere. This is ridiculous!!! 216-346-2004

this is my worst experience ever. I set a bank account to learn banking and managing by funds from my summer job. I deposited money in August. No record. No access smart or otherwise. What a scam. Will never look at PNC for anything. Lesson learned

How this bank has any customers is beyond me! Horrible service, the run around, people hanging up on me because they do not know how to handle issues. I have been trying to get to the loan servicing department for weeks now in order to clear up an issue on my credit. Impossible!

my bank pnc sent all my information to a house did live at so pnc is a bank will asee a law suit onthem plus I went in and talk to a manager and told him I think I am missing money and he told me if I can not keep track of my money how can a bank do so?pnc is being sue 90 million for over charge people! and.now I am going sue!!!!! l

Just today 7/22/2013, I went to branch in Schaumburg (2425 W. Schaumburg Rd), IL to withdrawal money. I 'm on the account at least 15 years, but to my disbelieve manager Peter Spizzirri ordered to refuse withdrawal of money, because I did not have on me a credit card. I was called elderly abuser and fraud, and when I started to be upset, he told me that I should not be upset. I guess it is standard how costumers are treated in this bank. I will do whatever it takes to cancell all my and my family accounts and I never want to deal with PNC. Yolanta Kreklow

Purchased an item at the mall with my debit card..Item didnot fit and I returned it within the hour and merchant refused to credit my account ever though he had nothing to fit me. Notified PNC and they made copies of the receipt which never stated final sale or no refunds. Disputed charge and explained merchant took back his merchandise. PNC sided with the merchant and deducted $50 from my account. The merchant has my money plus his merchandise. After nine years with the bank there is no customer loyalty. The merchant turned out to be a fraud and no longer exist.......so I lose..Needless to say I am closing my account..They don't care about their customers at all.

Don't call PNC and complain about anything because THEY DONT CARE. If you prove them wrong, they raise their voice and get nasty. I wish PNC gets bought out and all of those nasty employees in Pittsburgh loose their jobs. Maybe they won't be so nasty anymore. I proved them wrong regarding a deposit into my account and rather than apologizing and admitting the error, they pushed it back to me saying well I should have looked at the receipt better. I said no problem, give me a check for my entire account balances. They said, what did you say? I said you heard me. Now close my accounts and give me a check for them. They closed them and didn't say another word.

I paid off my car after a month had not received my title found out they sent it to the wrong house after trying to track it down was told to go to DMV I could get a new one for free because it was lost in the mail WRONG it would be $95.00 to get a new one went to the bank they called main office was told they got it back and sent it out to my old house I moved out of a year ago I had changed my address on my account a year ago I was told a call to the call center changed it to my old address 7 days ago B.SI saw the young man at my branch call to confirm the right address when I payed it off

Iwent to the atm at the Midway blvd. Elyria ,Ohio branch,where I always got to withdraw funds ($600.00 for my rent)from my DirectExpress card,and the atm didn't despence my funds.I imediately went inside to inform them of the situation.They informed me they could not give me my money untill the did a weekly audit.This was on 7/02/13.The manager called directexpress(Comerica Bank)which is how I recieve my VA benefits,and the informed them to fax a dispute over to them.They(Comerica bank)informed them that my account would be reembersed in 48 hrs.Still did not recieve my money.I called PNC again after they did their audit and they were axactly $600 over and the told me there was nothing they could do about it that i had to file a dispute with DirectExpress and for them fo credit my account.Now,they are $600 over.Now whos money is it?Thanks PNC.My rent is late and my landlord is upset as so am i.This is totally rediculous!

PNC needs to retrain there tellers! My cash deposit was listed as a check. The customee service can do nothing until I go back to the branch on Monday. I was so embarrassed when I get went to check out at the supermarket only to find out I had no money in the account! We lost out on getting my husbands brakes done. The $50 coupon ends today!! Thank you PNC. I will never forget the embarrassment of being in my uniform and not having money to pay at Walmart! !!!! Customer service "feels for me" that helps alot! Hope they have the pleasure of having $4.27 to walk around with because their branch screwed up!!!

It's come to my attention that your institution is preparing to close your branch office in Toronto ohio . I hope you reconsider. If this is true it means that every Toronto customer has to travel a 20 mile round trip for service to a city that has shootings on the average of four times a week. You also have two branch offices in the Steubenville / wintersville area that are two miles apart. If this is your final decision , I will have no other decision but to regrettably take my business elsewhere . Yours respectfully . James Clark

PNC Bank is the worse organization to return peoples phone calls they transfer you all over the place and when you do get to the right person you need to talk to all you get is there voice mail. I have a car note 2 more payments I owe and all I wanted to do was to talk to someone about our note but they could not talk to us because they needed authorization from attorneys to have permission to talk to me about our car note. I told them when the last payment is made and what ever is left over PNC Bank is going to eat the rest all because they could not answer any of my questions. PNC Bank is poor excuse for helping customers If it wasn't for us PNC Bank would not be do not go with PNC Bank
