| To whom it may concern, I am writing this letter on behalf of a fallen American patriot. Sal Costa, born 1924, passed away at the age of 88 on April 1st 2012. Sal was a true American who fought for his country in WWII by serving in the Army as Military Police. Sal did what was asked of him no matter how difficult, and was a example of what made that generation so impressive. With Sal being gone however, we must sadly turn our attention to his wife Geri Costa. Since Sal’s passing the government has seized his Disability checks, leaving Geri to support herself with nothing but her Social Security, which will not be enough for her to get by. With that being said we are trying to set up a fundraiser/ bike rally to both honor Sal as well as provide support for Geri. We are asking for donations of any amount, because anything will be a big help to Geri. If you would be willing to help out with a donation or a sponsorship for the event we will be more than happy to display your company logo on both the flyer and the commemorative t-shirts that will be given away to those who donate. If you are kind enough to help us out we want people to know who is looking out for our veterans and their loved ones.
