I am very displeased on how customers r treated in Sacramento Ca... 2001 Broadway Ca 95818... store... It's so unprofessional in all means and thats putting it lightly.... There is maybe one girl who is asian i don't know her name who really trys her best to get the customers in n out...The rest I dont know what there getting paid for it's like.... Duh... Did u forget u r at work... I feel the Corporate needs to put a complaint line or number so they know how there customers n stores are being treated and runned.... I am no longer gonna recommend or use these store.... Until, new employees get hired or have someone teach them a thing or two about what customer service is about.... After , all ..As, consumers were the ones using these services n keeping these stores going...But alittle bit of service is all we ask......

I am in a wheelchair and I went to the nearest Money mart on 478 Rideau St in Ottawa, ON. All I needed was to pay $50.00 into my credit card but the place was not accessible......I just wanted to get the cashier accept my money and credit slip, but the young lady was very indifferent. A poor looking White guy(I am African) offered to ask for help for me and was kept waiting for 15 minutes while the cashier claimed to be calling someone. I do not know who she called but I was on the hot curb for 20 minutes until the short young woman came out on her way home to tell me to go to Montreal road, 15 minutes away. Even then, I had no guarantee that the Money MArt would be accessible. I asked her to take my money and pay for me, but she refused coldly, that you do serve people who do not go inside.
I was angry and promised to file a complaint with Canadian Human Rights Commission for being so unfair to disabled people. She replied rudely that I could go ahead and do so. I could not believe how cold hearted and mean some people can be......! I told her that I hoped one day she should break her leag so that she could begin to understand how hard it was to perform small tasks, let alone chasing after inaccessible Money Mart stores which are deliberately kept inaccessible to make life harder for disabled people. I am African but a Canadian citizen......after this kind of treatment, it is not surprising that many immigrants leave. I hope you people who own money mart will be confined to wheelchairs for a while so that you can become more sensitive to people in wheelchairs.

I will take time to post this with Canadian Human Rights Commission even though I will be returning to Africa anyway.

Money Mart in Belleville has the rudest people working for them, the girl as so unbelievably snotty, when I told her that she was being really rude she smiled at me, so I said I was leaving and she said "good leave- bye bye" Neveruse their services unless you want to be treated like a second class person.

recently I had to make arrangments to repay my loan with MONEY MART due to major $$$ changes in my income (Ihave dealings with this company for some time)Iexplained my issue and was told no problem arrangements had been made for repayment....BUT they still forwarded the check to the bank causing me great hardship leaving 00000 in the bank for my daughters trips to and from her doctors apptments ( to pay for gas and parking) this was april 1 2011 My daughter suffers from long term illness....Sothis company is cold and heartless and does not stand behind their word BEWARE WHEN AND IF YOU CHOSE TO USE THERE SERVICES

Bad customer service, waited for so long on the phone to speak to customer service and they can't help you, all i can say don't use thier service, otherwise you'll get headache from it
