| I had a stereo installed in my Corvette at the Spring, TX I-45 location at a cost of almost $500. I ended up with 2 non-working cigarette lighters, broken dash in 2 places, no bass, radio install bezel narrower than radio, and a lost ashtray. After another visit to remedy the issues, I ended up with them splicing into my traction control harness to supply power to one of my two cigarette lighters and the front one still does not work. I am installing the replacement dash pieces myself and fixing my cigarette lighters because I don't want them to touch the car anymore. While they did pay for the lost ashtray and used dash pieces, I expected that I would be compensated for this experience in some way. A lot of wasted time and my car is still not right. The manager was very apologetic, but that just doesn't make up for it. | |

| I'm regal I had an alarm system installed in one of their locations in Houston TX .i bought a $300 alarm system that suppostly had many features but it happened to be thatbif I wanted to have all the features I have to extra for every one of them so in conclusion I spent $ 300 alarm system to just unlock and lock my doors ...this guys roped me off and reporting this situation to the business berue. | |
