Mattress Firm in the Atlanta area is a disgrace. The truck that delivered our mattress looked like they picked it up from out of the dump and it had been in the dump for 20 years prior. The most disgusting thing I have ever seen. I refused the mattress over a made up excuse simply because I do not want anything in my home, much less my bed that came out of that rat infested looking truck. Dust mites had to have originated in this truck, had to be the mother load of all nasty things that go bump in the night.

Your stores have a problem. The main one is delivery and the other is the attitude of the store personel. I purchase a king size matteress and box prings, frame, mattress potector and any other thing that came with the sale. The delivery, ah like waiting for the cable guy, Stay home from 5pm to 8pm no mattrss or any other thing, like a call. Then the store puts the blame on me. The store manager needs a class on how to treat people. Well the refund if your not happy. I did charge the sale on my visa, which they got their payment at once. Now the refund. They need to request it from I don't know who first. I was told it would tak 5 or 6 days to get my credit card refund to visa. Then they tried to give me a free bed frame to cool me down. No sale. Juse make the adjustmen to my visa and I will be happy. Went to Famous Tate in the Tampa area and got the same merchindise for $200 less. No I am not happy

Not only does this company have poor quality mattresses but they have very rude and disrespectful employees! I actually had a set of stearns and foster paid 1400.00 and they sucked! To hard and matress started popping on edge when sitting down on it after 2 months! The salesman ignored me when I came into store and because I had been in prior to that visit to complain aboput the mattress he whispered to another worker that I was crazy and couldnt clearly hear the rest but got up said I overheard him and I requested a refund! I was told sorry about that no eye contact made and was issued a refund and he never said anything! Thank god I recieved my money back! I have had a previous back surgery and hadn't found anything they sold comfortable so thats why I was called crazy! I went same day bought a set at Morris furniture and slept like a baby for first time in 2 months! They also do sell at their outlet stores previousily sold mattresses that are cleaned and sprayed with a chemical to so call kill bed bugs!!!Thats discusting and I was told that by management! So my set will be sent to outlet and resold to some poor soul! I never had bugs but I can say I work in health care field and have been told eggs live up to 18mos and chemicals dont kill them! So NO wonder we have bed bug epidemics in United States again! F.Y.I For public Dont Buy From any Mattress Firm Outlet! Mine was from origional store and I had issues cant even imagine what kind of crap a person would get from outlet! GEEZ!

i placed a comment and have not recevied any repone about the poor services of Mattress Firm. They just give you the runaround. I feel that everyone that has been cheated by Mattress Firm should contact there local news station or 60 min. to bring awareness to thier shady services and production. PLEASE HELP THE POOR OF AMERICA.

Someone needs to report mattress firm for the worse service a company can render to their customers. The nerve of them to advertised on national television about the so called excellent product they have. Those men on the TV commercials need to ashamed of themselves to work for a company that cheap people. Don't they realize that these America citizens work hard for their money, and put money aside until they get enought to buy a decent mattress.I know we did. After reading the bad reviews or comments, everybody that had any dealings with them sould contact their local News Stations and better yet, 60 Minutes. What is so hurtful,Mattress Firm Corporate Office does not want to be concern with the problems their customers are having. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE!!!!!!!!!!! SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP US!!!!!!!

I picked up a matress at one of their location. when i open the plastic cover, the matress is torn and worn out. I called back to the store manager and he told me i cannot refund of exchange it since it is a discontinued item. Make sure to open the plastic cover and examine your matresses carefully before taking it home. I end up donating the new matress. matress firm has poor customer service.

We bought a mattress for my daughter's bedroom on 12 February 2011 at the Mattress Firm at 1836 University Dr in Coral Springs 954-345-3715. Although the mattress was fine and the delivery service excellent, we decided to return the mattress since we had bought a new bedroom furniture set that was including a mattress. We returned the mattress on 10 March 2011. The pick-up service came and wrap the mattress and the Mattress Firm representative told me that the cost of the mattress would be reimburse to me within 2 to 4 weeks except for the delivery charge and any other purchase that I had made at that time. They informed me that a check would be mailed for an amount of $776.95 as of today 7 May 2011, almost two months since the return of the mattress I have not receive my refund. I contacted the Mattress Firm in Coral Springs already 6 times to find out the status. Every time, they tell me that they are contacting the main office in Miami to find out the status. This is terrible that a store make promises that they cannot meet and tarnish their name in this way. My friend is a lawyer and suggested that I contact Howard on TV Channel 7, and the Better Business Bureau of Florida to report this event. Why do you tell your prospective customers on TV to change mattresses every eight years when you sell products that are guaranteed for twenty years? isn's that a little deceiving?

We bought a split king bed in October 2010 that proved defective--it had a wire sticking out the side! We asked for a refund, but were refused; the only option was to choose a replacement bed. My main point is that their warranty offers either a refund or replacement--but they wouldn't honor the refund option in January. The second bed proved to be uncomfortable, and too heavy for either of us to make or move. Mattress Firm finally agreed to a refund in January 2011, but when the crew came to pick it up, they were angry and wouldn't take the bed. Instead, the left the box springs outside in the snow and left without saying goodbye or offering to bring the box springs back inside. They now refuse any refund and my only recourse is to go to court. Recommend that you never buy from this company, or any of their affiliates.

These are crappy mattresses. I can feel the spring in the mattress. The store doesn't care either.

I bought a mattress from one of your outlets on 163rd st.N.Miami.I paid cash for the twin box,frame,and mattress.I got it delivered and within a short time their was a sinking in the middle of the mattress.I called up store and they replaced mattress with a upgraded mattress paying all the extra money like upgrade and truck and elevator etc.Well to my surprise the new upgraded mattress did the same thing dipping in the middle of the mattress.I have been working with a Kenny Khrino your business development manager phone 954 636 0124.He said I could get all my money back if not happy with 2nd mattress.I would like to know how much he is going to refund me,as they want me to upgrade again costing me another $200.00 and all of the fees like the truck and the elevator etc. You may contact me by phone 305 861 4243.Suzanne Cofsky 9225 collins ave Surfside, Florida.33154 I would appreciate an answer as soon as possible.Thank you,Suzanne
