Hungry Howies Pizza & Subs Inc Corporate Office & Headquarters

I was not given the correct order. I have been going to hungry howies for several years now for the flavor crust and quality pizza. Tonight I waited and was not even accnoleged for several minutes after my order was done. There was no sub sides given to me so I returned to the inside of the store. When I got home my pizza was cold, not cut properly at all, still doughy, and no butter garlic flavor on my crust as ordered. I called back and the store manager "DAN" was insistant that I had to come back...that night...and get my pizza remade. I had already waited a long time away from my family and we were hungry so I did not want to venture out. Then when I asked to speak to someone else he insists that he is it. He was unhelpful locating corparates number and hung up on me after saying its on the front of the box. He refused a refund when I said I would just bring the undercooked subpar pizza back. I am not more angry at being treated this way than the ignorant "store manager" and his side kick that looked high and used poor hygene while I was in the store observing him make other pizza! I will never order from that pizza place again.

If possible, I would give the manager of the Orlando, College Park Store, a minus 5. On my way home today, approx 7:00 p.m. he tailgated me for twenty blocks. He then threatened to have me arrested for trying to file a complaint with the manager, the guy who was trying to run over me. As of approx 8:00 pm today, I ordered a pizza to see if he was the delivery guy. My address in Orlando is 4315 Biltmore Road, Orlando, Fl 32804. My phone number is 407.628.8502.
