Heartland Bank Corporate Office & Headquarters

Imagine the head of the CD dept no knowing what the early withdrawal is on a large CD. Imagine that person being ditzy and bewildered by the simplest questions. Imagine that person saying the early withdrawal penalty is $400 more than it really was which as a banking customer I knew was wrong. Totally unacceptable behavior. When I complained to the headquarters of this bank I was told she was " inexperienced". oh REALLY!!! Could not answer the most obvious questions without trying to figure it out in her HEAD. We are talking $200,000 of my money in CD's with this person connected to it in any way? Go somewhere else!!
