Hardees Corporate Office & Headquarters

While I consider Hardee's to have the best hamburgers around, the commercial in which two large men stuff bacon into their mouths makes them extremely less appealing. I strongly request that you discontinue that particular advertisement, so that I may in the future enjoy a Hardee's sandwich without that image in my mind.

I travel a lot and most times i eat at Hardees for the quality burgers. I do however have a suggestion. I have discovered that your training program must be lacking in that the service os ALWAYS so very slow. I have many times been one of two people waiting to give an order or receive one and wait sometimes more than 20 or 30 mins. Yes i understand there is a drive through but please. My order should be as important as theirs. Training should emphasis that!

You to bring back the roast beef and you need to start selling sweet patatoe fries they would go over very well

Today at around 9am I went to the Hardees in Columbia, SC on arrowwood road and was told after about 3 minutes of sitting at the window to pull up to wait on somebody to bring out my food. I waited for a good 10 minutes if not 15 on my food and never got it after 3 people behind me were getting there food. I got 1 thing (hash rounds) and people behind me were getting their food and leaving before me??!!! I would just like a refund and a free large hash round because thats what i ordered. Also, the girl working the window should have taken some customer service classes on how to not be so rude to her customers! Thanks for your time. An unpleased customer who will not be returning!

i go thru their drive thru every morning and get a gravy biscuit. they are the most efficient and the friendliest women i have ever dealt with. they are fast beyond belief and get my day off to a wonderful start. someone from corperate office should go by at random for several mornings and see how great these ladies are. this is the timberlake rd. location in lynchburg, va. 24502. they should be rewarded. by the way, i have never done this before, but could not let this go unnoticed. thank you

Richmond Hill Ga. This place should be closed down. Dirty, cold food, nasty drink area, place dust not fit to do business. I saw a roach and told the girl working and she just blew me off. Never go back there! NEVER!!!

Went to the brand NEW Hardees on south parkway in Huntsville , Al today for lunch waited 20 minutes for food finaly told the to get it to go. It was just thrown in a box and was not what i ordered.

you are a five dollar five meal bag great idea , however I was truly disappointed to learn that you replaced your real chicken on chicken sandwhich for some meat that could not identifu I will not be returning until I see a better choice of chichen .I want yo take this ample to the heath department

I went to hardees in richmond virginia..the service was horrible...i asked for fresh fries with my meal and recieved cold unsalyed fries..my burgers were also cold..no ketchup in the lobby and when i asked for honey musturd instead they tried to charge me..never gping back to a hardees ever again...

I went to Hardee's on 202 in Anniston, Alabama and got the most in-efficient service I've ever had at a restaurant in a long time. Needless to say I will not go back there. Jack's is further for me, but the Service is worth the trip. They know how to treat their customers with courtesy.

I went to Hardees Last week and they took my order,I pulled down at the corner and waited for my order,The guy from the drive thru came out and looked around, went back in and I sat waiting for 25 minutes and I went in asking for my order. He told me he thought I pulled off. After paying 15.00 dollars for my food .Do you think I would have pulled off?

The Hardee's in Bainbridge chesapeake, va responded quickly after we places our order. Very please as we received our food quickly and hot! It was delicious! Thank you!

Terrible Service at an hardee's location here in Concord, NC! I will never vist that location ever again

I would like to inform corporate that I had the worst 5pc. tender combo I have every Had. The batter was so hard and burned plus the chicken was very small. I used a location that I do not use often and now for sure will stay away from there. It cost $7.09. I seriously could not eat them, but the tea was ok!!!

My husband and I have been visiting Hardees restaurants for better than 25 years. We love the Thickburgers Also ,the biscuits are great, especially with the steak. Wish I could make biscuits like Hardees. The gravy is also good, just needs a little more sausage in it to make it better. All the people are also special to us, they are very nice and friendly and always try to serve you the best they can. Thanks Hardees!

i want to brag on the service you get at the hardees restaraunt in live oak fla.i have been a patron mfor years i'm sixty years old and i love your food and the service you get from the workers is tops.i'm not saying this to win bisquits or burgers i believe in what i'm saying i hope someone will tell the manager what a fine job he is doing.thank you for allowing me to write this review with greatest respect jimmy e.collier

I love your gravy and biscuits and much more but I will no longer consume your products due to your grossly inappropriate commercials. I am sure this means nothing to you but this and tell everyone else I know about the vulgarity of your prime time commercials.

went to hardees in meridian ms store number 1501566 and was treated like I was their owner. very friendly and nice. would go back any time and eat again. oh and the service was very fast. thank you hardee's

Why are Hardees parking lots like ghost towns at lunch and dinner? Does the general public fast food eater really require each order to be cooked and served after waiting so long? Does the pricing structure really have to bust $10 for a meal on the run? Breakfast is a winner and you cant find a place to park. Did I mention breakfast menu will not break you as it s reasonable. Did I mention a car count for just one week would send the marketing folkd back to the design table?
