Usually when we go to Hardees at our local store in Roanoke Rapids, NC. It is an enjoyable experience. Most times we go through drive thru but at Hardees we love to eat in and the whole 9 yards. We were on our way back to our hometown of Conway,NC., coming from the VA hospital and I was feeling week, so we know the name Hardees and trust it or so we did. It was the Suffolk, VA store.. It was 08/11/2012 2130hrs on a Saturday night.there were 5 people vibably working,shift manager in a yellow shirt, window person rather tall African American woman with pink plats(thin dreds),a med height,blondish/brown hair in a ponytail, and the beginning of a terrible evening. First off my wife and I went to the bathroom,and the floors I would say the worst truck stop bathroom floors were cleaner. Now my wife post stroke slipped and fell against the toilet. That alone upset us the whilst everyone seemed to be working,EXCEPT for the 2 cooks in the back,dropping food picking up said food ungloved and completing sandwhich. But they still took there time we ordered mushroom Swiss combo, and chicken strips and Swiss combo that took a total of 15 minutes, to the point the manager spoke up and offered a cookie or a pie. Finally get into the car everything is cold, beer battered greesy cold onion rings. Your FastFood Restaurant is the most expensive of all the chains for comparable meal and we tend to expect a little something extra like Roanoke Rapids store but you cant even say they dropped the ball at the Suffolk Hardees.

Indianapolis E washington location- Horrible managers and shift leaders. The night crew is often left alone to run Hardees and the red burrito while the "manager" goes out to her van to sleep or smoke. The crew is treated ad and if you confront thr dm with complaints- you are the one that suffers.The turnover is astronomical and you wonder why- Get some real managers!

Yes i have a compliant, was just at the drive tr hour ago, location, 134 north hill street, meridain ms. And place a order, which took them 5 min to answe and wheni drove up to pay, your staff said i have not place a thing and got smart with me. Well i wont eat there or my family again until they change staff and get people who know how to treat customers right.

i was just working for hardees in lebanon missouri. i was treated with disrespect in the back when all i was doing was trying to learn where things were, which patties to put on, etc... I got in return: attitude, ticked people, and they didnt act like they wanted to go show me where something was (they got all grr about it). they showed me something and then expected me to remember it all at one time. then when i explained how i felt on the phone to management they acted like it didnt even bother them at all. i have read where alot of places have bad food, dirty atmosphere, etc... now you have one that was on the inside that says thats about right. i am done with hardees. will never eat at a hardees again nor step foot in one. i see now why this hardees keeps having people quit on them the 1st day or the 2nd day.

I have been going to Jardees in moulton Alabama for seven years in the last couple month i have been going through the dive through for the Frisco breakfast sandwich and the special on the large Coke 30 oz they continue to give me the medium coke for the 30 oz i even took my cup back with a 12 oz coke and filled it in front of the manager as it completly overfilled the cup with ice in it . Shame on Hardies claiming it is 30 oz please someone call the location and tell them not to do this a dollar for a 30 oz is fair but not when you get less than 12 oz in it. Someone with some money needs to sue over this

Hardees food is good. But their employees suck. They are rude, dont give back CHILD SUPPORT CARDS!! They are also hanging up the dang phones on people. YEah The employees that are there are making me go other places.

VERY POOR MANAGEMENT...HOW DO YOU CALL HEADQUARTERS TO REPORT ONE OF THEIR EMPLOYERS ARE ALLOWING ONE OF THEIR MANAGERS TO GET AWAY WITH UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIORS LIKE: GIVING EMPLOYEES KEYS TO OPEN STORE(ON ONE OCCASION THE MANAGER DIDN’T SHOW UP UNTIL ALMOST 10AM SO STORE DIDN’T HAVE NO MANAGER IN IT), ONLY WHEN THIS MANAGER WHICH IS THE GENERAL MANAGER WORK THE STORE DOES OPEN UP ON TIME AND THIS HAVE OCCUR NUMEROUS OF TIMES, EVERY EMPLOYEE THAT HAVE A CONFLICT WITH THE MANAGER EITHER GET TRANSFER OR FIRED( REALLY MAYBE IT IS NOT THE EMPLOYEES, IT IS THE MANAGER), HAS CALLED EMPLOYEE BITCHES FOR NO REASON(THIS HAPPEN A FEW WEEKS AGO & NOBODY WANT TO REPORT IT BC HELL NOTHING WILL BE DONE), BORROWS MONEY OUT SAFE TO PUT GAS IN PERSONAL VEHICLE, TRY PAYING EMPLOYEES OUT THE POCKET, TAKE DEPOSITS HOME MORE THAN ONE TIME BC FOR SOME REASON CANT REMEMBER TO GO TO BANK OR TOO LAZY….ALL THIS FOR THEM TO SAY OH WE CAN’T DO NOTHING THAT IS A BUNCH OF BULL…SAD TO KNOW THEY ALLOW SOMEONE PATHETIC TO MANAGE ONE OF THEIR STORES.I MUST DON’T UNDERSTAND MANAGEMENT

I am eriting to complain about the Hardees in Duncan South Carolina...they are the worst their employees are all on drugs. you would think that in today's world you would require a drug test to every employee and get rid of any person whom is on drugs. Not right that there are people who needs a job and Hardees only hires pot heads

Today started bk at hardees. I was doing my job without being trained once again. Gina a shift manager refused to talk to me. I was doing My job perfect. Gina doesn't know how to be a decent manager. I walked out because there are to chief. Foleys hardees will continue to have problems keeping good employees because of the fact of disrespectful managers. I will be in touch with the district manager because you can not run a business with five people telling you five different things.

Hardee's on Ann Street in Montgomery, Alabama is the worst that I have ever experienced. Extremely long waits for terrible food & bad attitudes. The girl played in her hair the whole time

NEVER, EVER, EVER, EVER eat at the Hardees in Kernersville! Their resturant is filthy, the cashier, is rudeand the manager is rude as all get out. I like Hardees burgers but I am done paying for a lack of service and rudeness. In todays economy I dont think Hardees can survive with such poor service. Maybe they can, but they have sure lost mine.

At this time i would not even give you a 1 for the Chesterfield, MO location. I went there for lunch today and guess what I never got my food. I waited at first over 30 minutes and I went to ask the cashier about my lunch and he said it would be there shortly. I said okay, that was my mistake. About 10 minutes later I went to ask again about my lunch. They had basically lost my lunch ticket. Another customer came up and complained along with me and he had been waiting over an hour for his lunch. She offered him his money back while offering me nothing. The manager told us both that they were short of help and was behind. I can understand that but a fast food place, no way. The fact that this was her excuse to have peole wating this long is not good business. After anotther 5 minutes or so, I asked the cashier again if they were making my lunch and hecould not anser me. At that time I basically told him to take my food and money and shove it. I won's expand upon that. I will never set foot in another Hardees as long as I live and I definitely will not recommend it to anyone else. This is not the first time I have heard complaints about this Hardees. I hope it closes down entirely and if this is the way corporate does business I have nothing to say to any of you.

The new chicken tender sandwich. Would you like to know the truth? A women died from food poisoning in North Carolina. The company no longer buys fillets from that supplier, instead they use tenders for the new sandwich and market it as a better tasting sandwich. Don't believe everything you hear.

I was given employment to start a job on June 23 2012. I was asked to so come in at three and work till 11. Okay, I was good with that until my shift manager didn't show up until 3:15 with the store opening at 4. My store manager comes in round eight and tells me how disappointed she was in her morning crew. Keep in mind this is my first day and she is telling how disappointed she is looking eye to eye with me. The rest of the day is total chaos. The following morning I was asked to come back in and work the morning shift,so I say okay. This morning I arrive at 2:50 am, I sit and I wait till 3:15 wrote a note and went back home. If I'm scheduled to come in at a certain time I will be on time. At three am I'd rather keep my pride instead of working for 7.25 a hour, to get ridiculed, when I never had anything to do with main issue.

I'm writing with a complaint. I went to our local Hardees in Gloucester Virginia today and was told that you no longer carry the chicken filet sandwich....it has been replaced with a chicken finger sandwich.....my only question is WHY????? Even the girl at the window said many people have been complaining about your removal of the sandwich from the menu. Why in the world would you take a good thing off the menu, I'm sure it was a big seller.....So, corporate, my question is WHY?

I hope you have stopped the drive in commercials on all channels and never go to that bottom of the barrel degree again to sell a burger!!!! I miss my gravy biscuits (several times a week)...and other items off your menu, but since that commercial....forget my business....and others I shared it with were offended I believe they stopped going there also.... No stars unless you clean up you advertising act!! Thank you for hearing me out!

It is a shame how I have seen the shift leaders and managers treat there help ...I see the people in the back working very very hard and the front people standing there always talking bad or yelling at the help .no wonder they are losing customers,I just want to relax and have a burger not deal with all the personal problems ,if there is a problem with staff it should be handled after work and not in front of the guests.....rockwood tn hardees needs to really take a good look at there business

Went to the Hardees in Andrews NC tonight. I can tell you I will never go back. An employee working tonight was rude to the customers and not just me. I'm talking about all the customers. Some were going back to get their money back. We were a group of ten, and had been standing in line for 15 to 20 minutes just to place our order. The employees name was Teresa. We had to ask her to take our order. Then she said we had attitude because we wanted her to take our order. She had just been sanding there making rude comments and using some bad language in front of us and all the young children. We were not the only people in line wanting to order. After she did take our orders she started slamming the cash drawer and people were having to ask for their change back. I've worked in the food service many years and you never treat your customers this way. When customers started asking for their money back that they did not want their orders because they had been waiting for over 45 minutes this is not good for business. Seems to me this could be a management problem. It might be time to go in and clean house. 06/15/2012

Hardees in Saltillo ms has by far the worst group of people working there. They were talking about how drunk they got and how they went dancing the night before over the drive thru speaker then laughed in my face as I tried to order. I will never again go there and I WILL tell about my poor experience all over Facebook and twitter for thousands to see
