General Rv Corporate Office & Headquarters

This is the WORST organization for service on the planet. I gave them one star because I had to.

They tell everything is good on your camper including the battery and not even 24 hrs. later the battery is shorting out and needs replaced. The head service manger tells you to send a receipt for what you paid for the new battery and its been since april 14th and yet to recieve a response. will be my first and last time i deal with GENRAL RV.

On December 6, 2013 I paid by credit card for an insurance estimate. It is now January 6 2014 and no estimate has been forthcoming. I have made multiple calls to both the Florida facility and the Corporate Headquarters with promises of quick action by General RV with no action coming. This is clearly an example of collecting money with no intent of providing the service. This is fraud. Note that this will be posted on all RV sites available.
