Geek Squad Corporate Office & Headquarters

I paid the $199.99 price for service (I thought I was getting "tech support") I only got 1 time fix (it was not completely fixed) for my $199.99. BUYER BEWARE!. Corporate said I should have known the proper procedures of the company in order to get what I paid for. This was the first time I have ever been to Geek Squad, and the last !

I spent 85 minutes of my airtime trying to pay you for geek squad service and webroot software. Your tech svc is great but your ability to process an order, take my money is more than terrible. If you want my business, you will need to figure out how to reimburse my airtime and process a simply purchase order. I will not suggest to others doing business with you. Spoke with 5 people and was disconnected 3 times.

I called Geek Squad two times and was hung up on both times, I called back the 3rd time to be told I wasn't covered, when I bought Webroot I was told I had a year of Tec support. CANT TRUST ANYBODY. Good job Webroot I have a virus, good looking out, there's doing your job, I WILL NEVER BUY WEBROOT AGAIN.
