i ordered installation of a water heater .i was told that if i cancelled the service that i would get my money back its been over 30 days and still no money was refund to my card.i have called over 30 times and been told my customer service that they show that i cancelkled service but no request for a refun d was send....this does not make sense why would i cancell service and not ask for my refund ,this was the christmas time and i needed that money i told them that i had someone install the water heater for me.now iget different department from everybody there and the run around with no answer on my refund just that i am handling it and it will be taking care of was told everytime it should be on my card within 3 to 5 days still no refund.

My husband walked alone with our dog over to "our" starbucks. He wanted to purchase a Sunday paper and a coffee. Since he couldn't bring the dog into the store he walked up to the drive thru window. There were no cars in the lane. The store personell responded stating they do not have walk up service. Okay, maybe if your patron was blocking traffic but the guy was nice enough to explain that he has his dog with him and would like a paper at the least. Still, no service was offered.
He will not be back for awhile I assure you.
