I have been suffering for over 3 months using a Sanyo Zio "Smart"phone that is neither smart, nor fully functional as a phone. I have tried valiantly (& patiently) to get a replacement phone, but Credo Mobile's Customer Support group has stonewalled me at every turn. I will attempt tp contact the corporate office of Credo Mobile to see if I can get any satisfaction. I have had terrible service since I have been using Credo Mobile, and the Customer Support group is not interested in helping me resolve my issues. ~Warren Greenberg (Baltimore, MD)

Hi Credo!, my name is Henry and I am 11 years old, about to turn 12 in May. For the past few years I have been wanting a phone just like all of my friends. When I wrote my birthday list this year the first thing on the list was a Samsung Transform on a Credo Family plan because my dad has a Credo phone. The phone I really want is an Android/Smartphone Phone and my brother likes the LG Optimus S. My parents were okay with it at first until my mom said that we had to wait until Christmas this year.
