Beazer rep won't finish honoring warranty issues. Got leaks from sloppy workmanship. Been trying to get it fixed for 5 years with minimal response and effort to resolve. They don't care about the consumer.. only about their bank account. Also.. my neighbors got a 10 year warranty and we only got 2 --- why? That doesn't make sense... and it wasn't disclosed to us at the time of sale.

I have had a warrenty issue for over ywo years, that has still not been fixed to my satifaction. I payed good money for this home and my front bed room is so cold that my son cannot even sleep in his room. I try to contact local rep. numerous times and it takes weeks if not a month to hear back. Then its takes months for them to even come by my house and attempt to fix the problem. They have replaced the windows at least 5 or 6 times. I have people who build homes for a living look at my windows and every one of them says that the windows and the entire frame needs to come out and be replaced. The window frame is bent and warped. This is probbaly because they were building my house in the dark with flashlites and car lights. You call these quality homes they are garbage. I would prefer to get my money back then fix the home at this point but I know that is not going to happen. So if its to much to ask can ya fix my house after over two yyears of waiting. Anybody reading this do not let Beazer build a home for you there homes are supstanard and they do not honor warrenty request. I live in Myrtle Beach South Carolina Cameron Village lot 103D.

THIS RATING IS BASED ON WARRANTY RESPONSES AFTER THE SALE. I HAVE AN OUTSTANDING WARRANTY ISSUE WITH HVAC LOCATIONS IN MY BONUS ROOM AND BEAZER ENGINEERING WAS SUPPOSED TO CHANGE THE LOCATIONS OF THE VENT OUTLETS PER NEW SPECS. FROM THE ENGINEERING DEPT. THEY REFUSE TO CONTACT ME REGARDING THIS MATTER.

Mon Sept 6, 2010 @ 3:20pm. Contractor for Beazer is onsite clearing the lot behind my house for the new townhomes!!!! It is a holiday!!! They have been here since 8am working nonstop! WOODCHIPS are EVERYWHERE! Both of my neighbors have canceled their cookouts and have left!! I WAS suppose to host a cookout but can not because of the woodchips in the air!!!

Beazer has also cut 46 out of the 50 trees in my backyard (natural area I was told) for the townhomes! The area was surveyed but BEAZER has cleared more trees than they should.

-I am going to submit a written complaint with Beazer and continue to call the home office and local news!!!!
