I complied with the guidelines for canceling an room and was still charge. I call the Hotel and they advise "yes sir I see where they was canceled, but I not sure why you were still charge. I will get back with you on Monday but remember we are busy on Mondays. I just said wow really you just take my money and don't put no effort into helping solve the issue.

We were charge 3 times for the same booking. One of the charges has been resolved, the second charge is still pending on my business account statement. Have contacted the Traverse City Michigan Baymont Inn several times to have the issue resolved. Were told that the problem would be resolved and that management would return call. Problem not resolved and NO phone calls received.
