They are not an insurance company, they are a insurance broker, all brokers utilize a standardized software program that matches the potential customer with an insurance company who will issue a policy based on the info the customer provides, but in a lot of cases by intentional means they enter your info incorrectly so that the policy can be issued, if this occurs and you are in an accident the issuer of the policy at it's discretion can legally refuse to pay your claim so now your out your broker fee and in a heap of trouble, so what do you do first always check and read your policy to make sure all the info is correct 2nd pay with a debit card so you can dispute any charges, and last but not least avoid brokers like these like you would a root canal, and also be waery of there bait and switch like a $500 gas card palease!

Adriana is a slave driver! I used to work for her and let me tell you she wouldnt let you take a break and she told you who to be friends in the office. I stayed there for awhile because i needed a job but i wanted to $#@ her! I saw so much abuse and she hires non licensed so called agents that have no idea about Insurance laws! whenever a so called agent sold a policy it would be bound by her stamp. she would even make us employees work holidays from 8am-5pm while she was at home with her family. She would also get so upset at these so called agents when they would charge a low broker fee. she told everyone broker fee should be $75 and up to $300. If a client came in and got liability only and monthly payment was $45 she would tell those "Agents" to charge $245. so broker fee $200 and insurance $45. RIP OFF!! she rips off the latino people who dont understand or speak english! she needs to be locked up!

ESTA COMPANIA DE ASEGURANZA ES UN FRACASO la primera vez q fui espere 30 minutos y no me atendieron Y regrese ahora 10/13/07 alas 11am sali alas 11:40am y Nadien me atendio. The worst insurance Ever!
I had AAA insurance before and everything went great!
Last year, I had a friend telling me about the low cost of his insurance and I switch with Adriana's, the worst mistake I ever made.
My insurance got cancelled because of their stupid mistakes. I had to pay more money to get my insurance back. What a nightmare!
If you need an insurance, don't go with them, it is the worst insurance ever...

isthe worst insurance company. do not ever do business with them. no on in that company speak english, no one is on the same page. no one knows the name of their supervisor. they are notorious for putting people on hold for 25 minutes at a time.

This is the worst insurance ever not only there service in the office but on the phone as well.. I was surprised to learn that when u make a payment even on line or on the phone its a $7 dollar fee which I was never aware of... Besides that they were willing to insure me even though at the time I had a suspended license and my husband had none at all the simply lied and charged us $60 more. I pay extra for road side assistance and the other day when I was stranded they said they couldn't help me... These people are thief's done ever get insurance with them...

I had a surprize when I went to make my ins. payment online, my quote went up $3.00 in which a letter costed my insurance to go up, but not only that if I would of got into an accident, the insurance was not gonna pay a cent, because adriana's insurance made the mistake in my gender, I am a female 100%, my licence gives them all my information, but they made a mistake and had me under a male gender, I cannot believe how they hire pesons with no experience at all or they are just not doing their job. Went to the adriana's insurance and could not resolve anything, don't matter the money, but one letter=$3.00?? I can buy a gallon of milk with that, besides that's my money and they are robbing me straight out on my face, incredible. I had to pay and had nothing resolved, I hope the goverment does something to this insurance companies, I hope there's not anymore people taken for their money from adriana's insurance. Poor Service and don't go there they promised me a 25.00 visa and received????? NOTHING EITHER.

I called the office and I was told by a Victorville manager that "You do not need a driver's license to drive." Not only are they willing to give insurance to drivers without license BUT they also tell people you can drive without a license.

WoW.. This company is so bad that I went in to there office to make my monthly payment,the person took my money gave me a receipt but never applied it to my policy.. so I was driving around for about three weeks with no insurance coverage..I know that this insurance company is really bad,and has had issues in the past.So how do they continue to get away with this poor service? I dont understand how can they continue to stay in business!! so If you buy insurance there be ready for really bad service!!!

this is sad to say but yes this company has many many many complaints not only in the Los Angeles city but in many other cities where they do business... those records are public and you can see them yourself..... I work for the goverment in Los Angeles and I still dont understand how they keep the business open but they will be under investigation pretty soon.. I have checked web reviews and it seems like they dont follow state laws and labor laws with their employees and dont comply with the law in any way.. also if its true that they hire many ilegal aliens to work for them then I would understand why they just dont follow the law and take advantage of their employees and customers... but if its true then the INS will have to take part on this as well....... I think they are hard working people but if they are being abused I think thats a problem. I dont have any proof but just by getting as many complaints from customers and employees in my department I can imagine how this company is doing business.. good luck if you buy there.

dont buy any insuranece from this company check the BBB.COM and see what they have to say about this company... i bought insurance and i got a different price, their agents aren't license and i heard a rumor that more than half the company are illegal aliens, some family members bought insurance there and they have alot of problems with their insurance check the insruance department and all the other reviews from this company in other websites before you buy from them.

Really appreciate their service. They gave me the best deal from any other insurance agencies I was looking into. Im literally saving about $450 a month by switching to Adriana's. The people who worked there were very attentive and professional with me. Ive been with them for the past 6 months and have nothing bad to say about them nor have i encountered any problems what so ever. Do your self a favor and look into this insurance agency.

Adrianas insurance really is for the people. I feel like they are really loyal and straight with their customers because they know how it is for a person to save money. Ive been insured by them for the past 8 months now and I havent had any problems and couldnt be happier with their service. Do yourself a favor and look into Adrianas insurance or even give them a call to get a price quote. -Jorge
