Absolutely horrible one here in Allentown PA gives you 8-12 hour shifts with no breaks, no lunch break, they pay you for less the hours you put in and i have been skipped pay 3 times they are rude and only care about making money not about there employees nevr again do i want to work for one let alone walk in one.

I use to work at a 7/11 in Cleveland, Ohio the store manger don't know what he is doing. he acts like he has his employees best interests at heart but he really don't. I needed to switch shifts due to personal reasons one minute he acted like he was going to do it then basically me tell me that's never going to happen. that's not how you deal with a situation. so I had to quit. I wont work for another 7/11 with the experience that I had.

they just changed this week of sept 2012 from suger creek to 7-11 . i went in the one in painted post ny to get milk i ask if it was still 2 for three . the one person spoke up and said 1.99 half gallon and if i didnt like it to go to my local walmart and u no it was 2.15 a gallon i will never go in any 7-11 again. o also before i forgetthey had six people in there talking to the worker he wasnt even behind the counter. this store is in paited post ny. just off 86.

when u come from ny (hollend turnel) righ side 7 11.They no have good custmer service.coffe cold.no honey mustder.no ranch.no 24 water bottel 4.79.I buy 2 newport cigrat no$2 off.only one person casher.long line.food is old chicken tender looks like 3 hour old.some item have no exprie date.

The address is 1500 Fren St Arlington VA 22222 I always go to this 7-11 to paly a lottory or to buy other thing On 12/08/2011 @5pm I walked into the store to play lottory as i start filling out the paly slip i noticed a ticket half scrached laying in the trash cain i picked it up and scrached it all the way and happend to win $10 I went to the clark and told him that i found it in trash cain and asked him to cash it for me he immediatly took it and said i void it. And I ask him to give me print out he refused to do so and he told me to leave the store. He refused to give me his name He said I am the woner of the store, out of furstration i called Arlington police officer Jesseup came to the store and told me this is a civel matter he can not do anything.By the way my elderly mother live on the same building where this 7 11 is all the elderly resident scare him He treat them rudely please investigate, He pocketed the money. I went into the Hillsboro, OR location off of TV HWY as I do most mornings before work to get a coffee. This time I purchased a Banana, Fiber One Bar and a Cappucino. When I got to the counter to pay the cashier told me the bananas were two for $1. I said no thanks. He then proceded to tell me that the fiber one bar was not going to melt my fat off and then asked what was in the cappucino cup. I told him and then he said that if I was trying to loose weight that I should not go to the cappucino machine and laughed at me. I did not reqister what he said tell I swiped my card. Had I realized what he was saying I would not have bought anything there and I do not plan on shopping there again while 7/11 continues to have rude employees.

I was treated very badly at the 7-11 store located at the corner of Broadway and Sunset Blvd in West Cape May New Jersey. It was highly advertised on TV that Slurpees were free all day on July 11 (7/11) at 7-11 stores. My wife and I stopped at the store located as mentioned above at about 2PM and was told two things that were not proper according to the TV and newspapers. After we waited to be acknowledged we were told they did not have the size cup for the free slurpee and that it was over at noon as opposed to all day as advertized. Over and above this situation the people who manage this location are rude and far from customer friendly.

7eleven is theeee by far WORSE place I have EVER & I mean EVER wirked for.. they basically want u to work for free..

I was at 7 11 In Washington DC Eastern Market site. I arrived in the store with my little brother and my mother. My mother , brother and I all paid for our items separately. Upon leaving the store my little brother was approached by the cashier Getu. The whole time while Getu was ringing other customers he kept looking at my younger brother while he was standing in line, My younger brother was the last to pay for his items while my mother and I waited. While my brother was leaving out Getu told him to empty his pockets out I told him that he was with his mother and I. My problem was that Getu was very unprofessional. I felt that to be rude and discriminating. If he was to pay attention from the mooment wwe all got into the store my brother stayed with us the whole time for him to do that was wrong and I will never shop in there again while Getu is working there

I find it hilarious that you people really think us franchisees care what you think. You couldnt tell if the food was fresh or old after I put it on the roller grill. Pizza never expires does it :) 90 seconds kills all the oldness and bacteria that may have grown on it. Go ahead and send it to corporate in Texas, like they give a damn either...lol

i am very surprised nobody has sued the corporation yet.Even tho they own 51 percent of a francise, they are still responsible for the store actions.I have read all these compliants and agreed with them. i have worked undercover at several stores for a report i am planning to expose the shoddy business practice of this corporation. What i have found so far is heartbreaking. Old food sold to customers,a shoddy monthly store inspection that makes no sense, owners who cheat the customers ON PURPOSE to gain profits, refusal to fix equipment that is breaking down, ect......I found the employees to work under incredible stress...they order food and items,deal with lotto, customer service, keep grill clean, and put away deliveries twice a week with minimum pay and no benefits!! Incredible. The store i am curently undercover at is run by a man who will stop at nothing to make a profit...he has put new dates on old sandwiches,sold 5 year old sodas, ect...the representative of Southland corp doesn't seem to have much power as i witnessed him taking a verbal assualt from this owner and he does nothing. All i have written about is photed and documented. A few more months and i will report all this to an unknowing readership. I wonder why the Corporation has not done better with thier stores??..it will be hard to defend themselves once my report comes out.

1 WAS SO MAD I BOUGHT STUFF OF THE HOT GRILL AND WAS VEARY UPSET TO KNOW THAT THEY WOULD LET ME SPEND 30 DOLLERS ON FOOD THAT WAS OLD AND KNOW GOOD . Gamage the owner in Newbury Park California needs training in CUSTOMER RELATIONS. I always get two packs of cigs due to cheaper than one.I asked for two he charged me for one on my debit card. I brought to his attention I wanted two due to price is cheaper. He yelled at me in front of customers. I sad refund me and charge me for two. Instead he charged me for two and yelled at me to pay with my debit card again. I asked are you going to refund me for the one pack. He said I'm the owner and can't do that. I saw a associate refund a customer due to an error I shared with him. I finally got my refund. In a very rude way. In good custome service all he had to do was... Oh I'm sorry let me fix that for you. In all honesty I will never shop at 7-Eleven again. Till I know this person learns customer service. I will share with people how 7-Eleven does not train associates to give good customer service. OMG this was the owner...

I have been shopping at your store at 5200 Chippewa in St Louis Mo for the past 20 years. Today I tried to ask your clerk some questions at first I thought she was hard of hearing, so I spoke louder and she screamed at me to stop shouting at hear, which I wasn't. After the transaction was completed she turned away still speaking and that was when I realized she had a phone plug in her ear and that was why she couldn't be bothered to do her job. think I will use quick trip from now on.

A display in the store (#26264, Allen, Tx) advertised 2 12 packs of coke for $5.98. The register rang up $9.18 less $2.20. That equals $6.98. I told him I did not want them at that price I would just pay for my other items. He "TOLD" me to put the 2 items back on the shelf. If he would have asked, I would have put them back. I started to leave and this guy starts yelling at me: "Your are a Sorry man" repeating this over and over and "Shame on You". He is repeating this over and over in front of 2 other customers. I turned, looked at him, turned back and left. I was insulted, humiliated, and disrespected as a 63 year old man. This type of personality has no business dealing with the public. I want a sincere apology, in person, from this man and his boss and a representative from the corporate office.

Sound like a b*tch session board. Sure, not every time in 7-11 is sunshine and roses, but I love 7-eleven and for the most part they do a great job!

Berryvile Pike, Winchester,Va. 22602 Waiting in a long line because they had a new person working the front, while the tall guy with short black hair with glasses was goofy off. She had alot of work to do by herself, so when I reached the counter to have my lottery tickets scanned for winners, the guy comes out of the back because she called him up to show her how to scan the lottery tickets. He stated to me," that is the reason the long is so long, because you need to scan these yourself." I come to the 7-11 store with my group from work ,lottery and spend $60- $80 plus scratch tickets $20.00 on myself. They will never get my business again.

I purchase my items then gave clerk my lottery form to play she had it back to me quickly saying something and she was not speaking a word of english did not understand a word of it.She sudden said next i said your not finish with me yet. the woman basicly ignore me then roll her eyes. I said can I speak to the manager the manager assist me immediately and I was very satified with his service. The women should be fired for her lack of cusomer service she just did not care at all and her behavior was awful i will no longer go there store this indcident took place to day 10/21/2010 at 10:18am location, 1850 M. Street Washington DC 20036 #34321. I will sent a detail letter to Vice Prident Mr. Bill Engen about her awful behavior and there were about 20 witness and two employees and the store manager.
