Lately, I find that most stores fold-in both sides of the burritos. It used to be that only one side was totally closed. This makes it impossible to undue it and add hot sauce and put it back together. It simply becomes a total mess, is all over my hands and lap. Please go back to only folding in once side. The beans have become a lttle runny.

Taco Bell Diamond Bar CA> I have been living in this town for over 10 years and going to the same store trying it over and over again but every time I go they can't get the orders right. It's like no one there cares about doing a good job or even a reasonable job. I repeat the order several times. Have them repeat it back and it is still wrong when I get it home. Your customer service is the worst I have seen from any of the chain food stores.

I visited the taco bell on 3821 N. Duke St Durham NC approx.9:30pm and went through the drive thru and there was a young lady and a young man playing on the speaker going back and forth which was very rude and annoying. I finally went to the window and they took there time to take my order. They practically through the order and rushed to close the window. As I proceeded to leave out the drive thru I realized they did not give me my change so I went back through the drive thru to the window to let them know I did not get my change and they took my receipt and argued that they gave me my change. They took their time giving me my change and did not give me back my receipt. This location always has very rude employees and poor service. This location should be under investigation at night.

Can't believe it!!! Ask that certain items be omitted from an order due to medical reasons and politely request that extra lettuce be included in the order and I am told that I must pay extra for the lettuce. If rice, taco shell and taco strips are omitted from an order, just think of the profit you are getting. The customer is not getting full advantage of the order and why must customer pay extra for such a cheap item as extra lettuce? What a cheap, ruthless way to make monetary gains and take advantage of a customer!!! Goodbye Taco Bell? I'm seriously thinking of taking my patronage to Del Taco.

I want to know why you advertise your tacos loaded but whenever I buy them there is barely a spoonful of meat and a shell full of lettuce. Very disappointed!

My mother and I went to the taco bell in Hampton, Virginia (5015) on west mercury blvd. We both ordered a mexican pizza combo to go. When we got home all we had was 1mexican pizza, 2 hard taco supremes, and 4 soft tacos. I called and spoke to a Jason. I told him about our order and explained to him that I wouldn't be able to come back that day because I had to be at work in 20 minutes. He said that was fine. That next time I come to just bring the receipt and tell them I spoke with him. A couple days later I came back and the manager on duty (I didn't catch her name) told me that I waited too long and they weren't going to do anything about my messed up order. So I paid $6.74 for 4 soft tacos which would have only cost me $3.57. Horrible costumer service. Will not be going back.

I went to Taco Bell last night at 95th and 88th ave Hickory Hills, IL I had a terrible experience when I walked in there were no customers 8:15 at night. I ask for the Veg Catatonia Bowl and the sides which cost 7.35 Ridiculous.Now I am wasting my gas and time to tell them that they gave me the wrong item, No word came out for the mistake nothing. They did not care . Then I learned that my Husband went to the same location 2 nites go and the same thing happened. I will not go to Taco Bell again imagine if they were busy..What a joke.

The TacoBell store 022350 is horrible! They always get my order wrong and I always end up paying for extra and NEVER getting it! This has happened about four times! I called the manager of the store and she did NOTHING about it. I am not pleased at all with this store and something needs to be done! They need to pay more attention with what they are doing and looking at the orders right and making sure they make them RIGHT for once! Super upset. Will NEVER go there again!

i ordered food and it was wrong i explained my situation i even would pay for the fix of my food but the manager at store location 4500 was very disrespectful and rude instead of him listening towhat i was asking of him he got loud and threatned to hang up in my face

I don't know what the problem is at the Taco Bell at 3601 Kentucky Ave. In Indianapolis IN, but EVERY time I go through the drive thru, my food is a wreck. Mexican Pizzas that have all of the toppings slid off onto one side and are all melted into the box do NOT look appetizing. And neither do tacos that have so much grease and sauce from the meat that the paper wrappers have fallen apart before we even start eating. I am not one to complain, but with a family of 6, we always spend 25 dollars or more on a meal for all of us...and I am tired of paying for food that looks like crap. Thank you for your time.

Here we go again with Taco Bell employees not giving the change back to Customers!!!! I went through the drive thru and ordered 3 tacos and 2 bean burritos and gave them a 20$ bill and 70 cents. After working all day, I did not realize my change was not returned NOR my receipt. I called and asked if the drawer was over and they said No. What is your response to this?!?! askbobina@yahoo.com

I recently went to the taco bell by my house, which I've gone to many times, and the manager "Tom" completely messed up my order. When I went to talk to him he started to argue with me and tell me I was wrong. Instead of waiting for him to remake my food I asked for my money back and left. I will not be returning ever again. I'm a manager at bob evans and I've had completely ridiculous complaints, but never have I once argued with a customer.

I love taco bell and KFC we rely kneed a taco bell/KFC in lehighton PA 18235 we haft to drive 30 miles just to get it.

Went to a taco bell today for a lunch after my dr appointment I ordered my food and when my mom who was with me ordered hers, after ordering my mom was looking at the receipt Not knowing you menu that well she discovered that she had received her order wrong as she approached the manager to see what we t wrong thr manager got very rude like we where trying to eat for free in reality all she was questioning the charge of one of you specials posted on the menu board and the way she keyed it in the register for about 2 dollars more then then menu board said when she requested the manager to explain the mix up my mother was immediately meet with rudeness and unprofessional manager stance I myself have over 10 years in fast food service including a asst manger position and I know how problems should be approached but to see the total unprofessional approach taken today makes me feel very sad that the values and costumer care has really seemed to lost its place in today's customers service everything I was tought and had to learn and know as a asst manager was certainly not being tought in today's work place so today you lose not 1 but 2 now former customers for life just hope you do something to repair your customer service. Just went to Taco Bell in Waco Tx off 1725 N Valley Mills Drive , stood there at the counter for 10 minutes , had employees look at me and ignore me till I left. Great customer service !
