I eat at Taco bell at 1900 Irving Street San Fracisco often. On Sunday Oct 14th I went there and ordered 1 mexican pizza and 2 tacos.Ther were 2 people working there.There was a long line.I got my order and left.I had my car parked right in front of the store,I started eating the pizza.I took one bite and it tested terrible it was bitter.I took the pizza back now only one person working and a long line.after a long wait I explained the problem.Me Edward said tha he can not do anything about it,I said give me 2 tacos instead Hesaid I can only give you one I said I paid $3.59 I should get 2 tacos he said no I did not want to argue since it was along line.He made my taco with dirty hands that was handling money.I ask for the manager he said he is the manager. What kind of joint the taco bell people are running ayway. At least no one got poisened that is good thing.

Get a sound system that works so your staff can hear orders w/o your customers having to SHOUT them four and five times for them to only still be wrong. You pull millions of dollars a year out of this community. There is no excuse to not have your most basic equipment working.

the taco bell in brockport new york is the worst taco bell ive ever been too my whole life. i use to love tacobell until i moved to brockport and started going to that one the dinning room is always trashed when i go in there and i will never go back there after i saw a cockroch and lots of ants i will not be returning there ever again. so please hire that know what they are doing instead of always standing in the back of the store. i always have to wait 5 to 10 mins for someone to come take my order. the brockport tacobell sucks and i will NEVER go back there.

At the damascus maryland taco bell location and there was one person working in the store. Literally waited 20 minutes just to place our order. The doors to get inside were locked so a women walked and cut in line in front of everyone waiting in the drive through. Worse expierence ever and someone needs to make sure your locations are appropiately staffed. And no compensation was offered for our inconvienance.

I work at the Outlet mall in Edinburgh, Indiana and we do not have a food court. The closest fast food restaurants are Taco Bell, Hardees, and McDonalds. I personally am a HUGE fan of Taco bell. My co workers like that its always so quick and affordable. The last 3 times I have been to this Taco Bell and gone through the drive thru, when I went to order, I was told it would be at least a 20 to 25 minute wait for my food. I understand certain circumstances but if everytime I go there they dont have enough people to make a taco within 20 minutes then this seems like a problem to me?. I want Taco Bell but my lunch break is 30 minutes... even though its across the street, I cant get a taco within that time period. :(

they are getting rid of the building that was there already.... for no reason...the building was fine...everyone enjoyed eating there...and now they place construction right by a neighboring home...so the drive thru will prolly be constant right next to their windows...who approved these zoning laws for taco bell to do such a thing to our community neighbors... i would suggest taco bell pays for that house to have sound proof windows paid by them

Can you please bring back the chilly cheese burrito and the bacon ranch chicken flat bread back to the Wetumpka Alabama Taco Bell please I love them so much I be going back to Taco Bell like every day if you bring them back

I worked in a taco bell in albuquerque,mm 1470 central&coors location that poor taco bell is being corrupted by the store manager and all her family employes they have fake names with ssn that they have to clock in and get paid for them even they dont show up to work and all the rest of the employees pay the price by getting pushed at a faster pase to make up for the bouguss name ghese bastards treat that taco bell like there house kitchen and eat there when they want for free ireally feal sorry for the owner

I went to Taco Bell here in Illinois and was very disappointed. Your product was left to be desired, your so call tacos are small, puny, and not even enough for someone to feel like they ate a meal. The price is obscene for the product and the amount you think you are getting. I have eaten at taco bells in Idaho and Washington State and they make the Taco bells here a laughing joke and it makes them look like they do not want to ahve people come back again. The selections are anything but worth returning. I for one will not return to Taco Bells and if asked I will tell everyone that they are wasting their money buying product that looks like it was setting in the refrigeration for two or three days and then heated up as left-overs. If Taco Bell Corporation is so worried about maintaining their stock to their stockholders then they need to feed their product to their stockholders. As I stated earlier I will not return to leftovers are us. (Taso Bells)

Please visit your sanpablo store. The food that is served to certain people can cause a law suite. If the employee is not a people person and have good and honest customer skills fire him or her

I would like to know if taco bell is giving there best service if so y do your employees are coughing on our food if there sick they should be sent home. that is the worst how low can yu'll go in training ur manager's sick no EXCUSE this happen in texas how sad

i have a suggestion have you thought of having chicken chimmi-chungas . you have almost everything you need . have a company make them . you have fryers to fry them . you have rice to serve with them . you have guacomole . all you need is a cheese pot . i think they would be great , excuse any spelling errors :-)

i personaly like taco bell . but you think corporate would do something to put down all the negative responsives , get off you asses if you want to stay in business .

We went to Taco Bell and the service was terrible. Nothing was wrapped the wrong way so we had to unwrap every burrito only to find out we were missing on after sittin in the drive thru for 10minutes. We finally got home and it was all soggy. My roomate ordered the potato burrito and there was mold on the potato. We called the store and argued with the manager for a good 15 minutes because she said there "was no way it could have mold on it." ....it was fuzzy... now I've been online for an hour and can't find a number to call. In very angry... don't eat at taco bell!!

The taco bell team is horrible and really made me upset becuase they may have spit, my food as well 31077 Mission Blvd., Hayward me and my family to the drive throw part, the lady said my order right on the speaker box but was different when i got to the window. she said i gave you what you ordered,Isaid yes it was right when you said it, but is different when i got the ticket; so im paying for something that the cashier messed up no. I ask to speak to a manager the manager came up to the window explan to me that she! thought you were saying yes to something else, but shes going to read me back my order currently two times in put in the computer something else. The Manager at first was trying to understand,but then it was like he was trying to have his team back instead of trying how can i make the customer feel a little better about the whole then. Thats how you make money and gain more customers are always right.

I'm so tired of the awful customer service at every taco bell me and my family and friends go to, the orders are never made right, nor do they care and just throw things in the bag...shells always broken, food all in the bag out of the wrapper and always cold!!!! The customer service is the worst I have ever seen in a fast food enviornment... I am TIRED of of seeing people who do not speak English!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!' working in your stores, or people that are ghetto, mouth full of gold, pants around their knees, always have an attitude, just dirty......there are to many people without jobs and this is whom you choose to hire?????? If someone does not get a hold on things, I'm sure your customers are going to disappear, you are not the only ones selling chep food, as a matter of fact your prices have gone up and your people and customer service has gone down, to many other places to eat.....until I see a change, you have lost me and whoever else try to stop from going there.......please wake up!!!!!!

My girl works for taco bell in tn and let me tell you they cut hours she barely gets enough for being full time the manager is rude and dont care though she is the best cashier they have this place needs to be shut down and redone from the floor up on everything food service sucks im allergic to tomatoes and because a worker didnt like my girl she put them on my food yea luckly i seen it not a place to go

Your taco bells, at least in gresham/troutdale oregon, are turning into sh*t holes. On top of not having the beefy nacho burrito anymore, the service is always poor, they are constantly out of one product specifically needed to make a burrito, and why had the fireroasted sauce been dis-continued? That's a good move, taking away your best sauce you had. Sounds like I'm eating elsewhere from now on.
