This complaint is regarding store #004780 in Columbia, MD. Literally the worst experience Ive ever had at any food establishment. I ordered a 12 taco box and a fruitista freeze at about 12 or 12:15 tonight, the fruitista freeze was made incorrectly and I forgot to take my food from the window. I return not 15 minutes later to get my food and I oddly see the employee who took my payment walking out of the restaurant with a 12 taco box. This wouldn't usually be odd but when I got to the window, they didnt have my food waiting, so they tell me to "pull around" and they would remake it, fine. I wait 15 minutes before calling, the phone line was mysteriously cut off after 4 rings the first 2 calls, then they answer and tell me I have to get back in line(which was 10 cars long) to get my food. I wait another 10 minutes in line to get to the window and I receive no apology or anything for the mix up. Finally, I ask for another copy of the receipt, and they tell me no, that they cannot produce another copy. This is the worst service I have ever received, and as a person who works in the food service industry, I have a pretty high tolerance for that kind of incompetence and rudeness. Comtemplating never returning to this location. Absolutely atrocious service and the entire night drive thru staff honestly desrves to be fired. I can't find a direct email address for Taco Bell corporate so Im posting here instead.

I order 3 Taco Supremes and 1 Dorito's Taco and NONE of them had sour cream and little meat or cheese. They were 99% lettuce! Taco Bell is a CORPORATE RIP-OFF MACHINE as they do this ALL THE TIME.

Horrible!!! Slowest effin place in the world!!!! This is ridiculous.. How hard is it to slap some meat in a tortilla!!! Ugh not ever coming here agian.. I've been waiting 30 min for My food and I've already had to wait the 10 extra min warming for someone to even acknowledge me to take my order! I am at the one on union and Bernard in Bakersfield california .

Taco Bell and the free taco give away, for the stolen base in the World Series. NOW YOU WOULD THINK THIS WOULD BE THE TIME FOR TACO BELL TO PUT THERE BEST FOOT FORWARD AND MAKE THE BEST DARN TACO THEY COULD TO TRY AND ATTRACT A BIGGER CUSTOMER BASE. Well the store I went to gave me a veggie taco with specks of meat it was so ridiculous I just tosed it and told myself I will never go to any taco bell ever again.

On november the first @ 1058 pm we arrived at taco bell store # 017115 9300 wurzbach rd graeatfully appreciative that is was open but overall the experience was shocking. I work for realty/broker co. directly behind this tacwo bell and we frequent there for lunch 3 to 4 times a week and by the way we love the tea there. on said evening me (geneva) and my boss were working late and decided to eat a late light dinner. we dined in and ordered 2 5layer burritos combos w tea and i asked cashier if i could switch out beef for chicken and he told me yes and i also asked if they could make some tea because they were out and it was still business hours and he was told by manager to tell us no, we are not fond of any fountain type drinks plus as i said earlier we love your tea. when we got our food my boss after his 3rd or 4th bite into burrito he felt a hair and i witnessed him pull it out of his mouth and i just had barely opened up my burrito completely to check its contents and my order was wrong. i ordered 5 layer burrito w chicken as i was told ok on substitue and my burrito had rice chicken and sauce. to add insult to injury i felt reluctant to request correction after my boss and his six layer burrito (hair) being one we were being mocked and made fun of by 3 employees. wow.

Bring back those red roasted sauces plzzzzzzzzzzzzzz!! I work at taco bells years ago and said we nee more sauces that is one of the best one!! Now if we can get a sauce hotter then fire then i be in taco bell haven forever life long eater!!

I got 3 soft tacos today at the Taco Bell in Ashtabula, Ohio. in my second taco there was a inch long piece of metal. never going to a taco bell again.

Today at Taco Bell in Youngstown Ohio (Belmont Av.) I ordered a steak cantina burrito. After a few bites thinking it was just the combination of all the ingredients, I continued to eat it. The aftertaste was that of a cleaning solution. Maybe something an employee wiped the counter off with where they prepare the food. I am having food poisoning symptoms.

Went to taco bell store #022225 at 4972 e. kings canyon rd fresno, ca. Made simple order: 3 crunchy taco, 2/5 layer burritos, 1 enchirito n 1tostada. When i got home i realized i didnt get my enchirito. I know its only $2 but you cant get it at all your store n i live 12 miles from town; the gas to go back to the store would cost me $10. My husband was very disappointed about his enchirito.

went there last night (chickasha, Ok) waited in line( one car ahead of us) 10 minutes. Got to finally place our order waited 10 more minutes for them to process the order of the car ahead. when we got to the window we waited an addtional 5 more minutes for our order and it was wrong.

I love Taco Bell! Been going there for years. My only concern.... Bring back the Chilito!!! Apparently, it is available at select store locations. Please do what u can to make this deliscious, very missed item available to ALL faithful customers!! Thank you!

I went to taco bell dey fix myborder so fast when i got home da taco was fripping griease and my mxican pizzza was light wowith nothing on but a lil bit of meat i ddnt eant beans they could have put extra meat instead an da pizza was broken up before i could break it down myself i luv tacobell i donated to the hunger whrn they ssk and dis how u going to repay me .i want wht i payed for not wht they wanna serve me

Taco bell really needs to do something about the managers, and district managers!! The other day I went to taco bell and I saw 2 managers talking to a cashier and they fired the cashier in front of customers! Taco bell needs to make sure that they are professional and keep their business between employees personal! It was really unprofessional and apart from all that the service the manager himself gave me was poor! Ignored me half the time and at the nd had someone else charge me for My food!

Poor Customer Service! 10/24/2012 3:18 pm Today a drive through order was placed here in Winston Salem, N. C. at the Silas Creek Location #021433 for a twelve pack of hard shell tacos. It was requested that three out of the twelve only have the meat, lettuce and cheese for the grandkids, thinking that most have tomatoes also. The person taking the order made the customer feel that they were STUPID for such a request as she laughed telling other employees "this guys just wants tacos with meat, lettuce and cheese!" The customer asked what was so funny, when the employee told him that all tacos only come this way. Well at one time they did come with diced tomatoes until there was a issue with customers getting sick. In fact some other locations have started including tomatoes. In attempting to contact the GM, he was on day off, and the next in charge the Asst Manager, who stated she was listening in on her head phones and found there was no problem with the behavior of her staff, as she too commented that their tacos do not come with tomatoes to the staff. Gee then, I guess we just made this all up???? Customer service in this country has gone to the dogs especially at locations that hire certain ethnicity that know not how to converse with customers! Thumbs down for this visit!

Just a marketing suggestion , I think u should make the Doritos taco shells for hard taco kits in the grocery stores I would buy those in a heart beat and know many others who would to. Sincerely Tiffany

My mother when in there today on 10/20/12 at 6:40. She was made fun of the way she speaks english, by the girl working at the window. My mom had to say her order 10 times and still left there with no tacos. The manager on site didnt help at all. She got home and told me all about it, i called the manager and she hung up on me. Im very very mad. We live in america and that should not happen. Ive lived in farmington hills all my life and never had to deal with this and specialy if u call a manager and she hangs up on u. Just thought id let corporate know what happen so they can fix the problem. Next time u might get sued thats racism.

I stopped at the Taco Bell on US 31 South right outside of Traverse Cit MI. HORRIBLE service. The person who waited on me even stated, "Thanks for leaving." Nice. Guess where I will not be going again. The service was completely unprofessional and I would highly recommend not visiting this location.

about 2 days ago I visited the taco bell 39056 winchester rd. murrieta,ca. It was absolutely the most unprofessional experience I have ever had eating out . Orders were taking extremely long to come out,.one of the older customers had been there a very long time when she politely asked the manager Eric for corporates number he told her to go find it herself. I was extremely shocked and offended for her. I dont know how your managers were trained to handle stressful situations but that is unexceptable. My family and I will no longer be visiting this location due to its unprofessionalism.

Last night I went to both locations here in Midland, TX and found that both of them were closed an hour before it was time for them to close. This is not the first time this has happened. It usually happens at the location closest to my house, but last night both of them were closed. After driving to the second location, a boy came out and told me that they were closed and when I asked why they were closing before the posted time, he said that he did not know. The only reason I go to Taco Bell late at night is because I work until 11 and sometimes I am hungry and the only other places that are open are burger places and I am not a big fan of burgers, but it sounds like corporate needs to get involved in this, because I have been to both locations before late at night and they are pretty busy. Whatever the reason is that they are closing something needs to be done.
