I went to a tacobell located on W Illinois in dallas and the service was very terrible . Manager was even rude when i told her they had my order wrong !

The employees are rude the manager careless. They got my order wrong 2x I called and because they didn't give me a recite I couldn't get my money back . I had a stk quesadilla and they put potatoes. It's Ventura rd. Oxnard California
We went to Taco Bell in downtown Mobile Alabama on Government Street(store # 023756) last night and I could not believe how slow it took for us to get our food. This was the worst experience we have ever had at a Taco Bell. They appeared to be short staffed and more focused on the drive thru than the dining in customers. We waited over 30 mins to get our food and then we still didn't get everything we ordered because we were tired of waiting. They locked us in the store at 8pm and we had to wait until someone would unlock the doors.

Taco Bell Needs A Delivery Service, if the company wants to make more money, delivery is the way to go, its 2013 the people want easier lives. They don't want to drive/walk to taco bell and get horrible service, give what the people want!!! rating 5 stars for a delivery service.
I went to a taco bell in Leeds Alabama today. It was super busy and they looked understaffed. The wait was a little long and there were people complaining like crazy. I just wanted to say I watched those workers work their butts off and be polite to everyone of these workers with no complaints. One worker in particular stuck out. He was a manager I believe. He was a middle age caucasion male, I didn't catch his name. He was handling this situation in the most polite way and working harder than I have seen anyone work in a long time. I just want to thank this man for making mine and my child's food, and for having wonderful manners despite the rude people he felt with today.

I like the food. The service is questionable, sometimes nice, sometimes condescending, I find it frustrating. Tonight, while trying to order, the male employee working drive thru, couldn't hear me, so i repeated my order 3x. finally I yelled my order then i asked,"did you get that?!" He said, "do you see anything on the screen?" What do u think he meant? I think I know what he meant. I think I understood every sarcastic undertone he threw out at me. Is this the way you want your customers treated as they order? Nope, me either I drove out of drive thru and right over to the next fast food place.
bad management
First we to to places like this to spend money for you guys to treat us as were getting OUR food for free. I asked Olga whom is the lady at the drive thru can she please spill some ice out my drink she had put too much she pours all of the ice out and leaves nothing. Then i pull out a $100 dollar bill to pay for my food she hands it back and says i don't have any change closes the window while I'm still sitting there. I ask her what can we do about this and she says you must want your food for free really!?? so I'm wondering what did she do with my food throw it away ?eat it? or sale it to another costumer?? i will never go to another taco bell and i would make sure to let other people know about my bad experience.

I am absolutely disgusted how the manager treated me!!!!!!!! I bought two variety 12 packs (6 regular/6Doritoloco) Well one was right but the other was only regular tacos I brought it back in and he refused to fix it!! I paid $30 for my food and all I wanted was my 6 dorito loco tacos! He refused to give me his name and give me the corporate office number so I had to look it up on the internet. I called another store to get the number and told them what happened and they kindly fixed the order at a different store!!! 975 South Cornwell Drive.. Yukon, Oklahoma is a disgrace to all Taco Bells! I demand that Corporate contact them and put them back in their place and teach the manager a little more respect or better yet fire him! He surely doesn't deserve the position! Just six measly little tacos is all he had to replace! Absolutely ridiculous!
I recently visited a taco bell in in northeast Ohio only to be completely denied service, despite the fact I was a paying customer. The reason for refusal was due to my passenger and their dispute about a prior payment issue. And because of his presence in the vehicle I was denied service. Because of the complete embarrassment of the entire ordeal I will never support any taco bell establishment ever again! I put the sole blame on the manager in charge at the time who is completely responsible for this incident. No amount of tacos of any kind will ever bring my service back to this company.
El Paso location sucks!
I used to Eat at Taco Bell at least once a week but the last few times I've gone to the location on Lee Trevino in El Paso Texas the base of the taco is soggy and literally falls apart and it's a mess you have to eat it with your fork. I will not go back to that Taco Bell they have lost me as a customer. I may try another one and I may not. Kind of over Taco Bell.

I They are so slow serving the food, and the place is dirtier everytime I go there. I'm surprised the health department doesn't shut them down.

Went to the taco bell/ pizza hut in hobart indiana store number 019752. Ordered the pizza hut combo 3 and a taco salad and a beefy 5 layer burrito. Had to wait 7 mins to get the pizza which was fine but when I got home went to give my daughter her burrito I put my hand in the bag to find a UNWRAPPED burrito. Seriously this is unsanitary and plain out gross.

they do not put meat on the tocos and don't want to give you enough sauce when you order a 12 pack and they can't count because the give you ten that's happen twice .it's like they only hire hateful people that don'twant to be there i have had to go in so they can get it and then show them sauce im getting we can be ugly back . they need to close this one down on malone and goodman . better service at olive branch and more meat i don't want just shell with lettus....
All wrong
Went to Taco Bell with my son in Wauseon oh. Went through the drive thru and ordered steak Xxl nachos. Deal meal number 4 with a Sierra most. Two cheesy gorditas and an additional small sprite. 20 seconds from home I realize they forgot my deal number 4 with drink. So I drive back across town and go thru drive they where I have to wait forever to not even get an apology for forgetting my deal meal. I drive back home and of course the rest of the food is now cold but I open my nachos to eat anyway and see that she put beef instead of the steak. Your beef is not good to me at all. What a waste of fifteen dollars.
How hard can it be?
The past few times I have ordered food from your location in Rancho Santa Margarita, Ca (on Santa Margarita near Antonio), my order has been wrong. Last week I complained and advised them my orders have been wrong. They didn't seem to care. There was no offer to make it right. I went again today, ordered my food, and AGAIN advised that my orders have been wrong and to please make sure it is correct and checked before giving it to me. I always go through the drive thru pick up window. I don't want to hold up the people behind me by opening each item to make sure it is correct. I got home with the order. AGAIN, each item was not correct. I'm starting to think his is being done on purpose! If the employees are willing to mess with orders just to make people angry or for "a good laugh", I have to wonder what else they may be doing to the food! Does corporate even look at the comments made by the consumers? I have to wonder? Do they care. Has anyone else noticed how many negative comments there? WOW!
Store #004440 in Okeechobee Florida . . . went to the drive thru tonight Monday at 8:00 PM waited 30 minutes in line (couldn't leave was sandwiched in between cars) got home which is approximately 10 miles away to find the order a mess first I ordered two mexican pizzas which were all over the place like they were shaken up a bit, second I was missing my little boys nachos and cheese. I told the lady very nicely that I had been waiting for 25 minutes and she said I'm sorry we have a new person cooking I just dont know what to say. I called when I got home and asked for a manager and told a man that claimed to be the situation his response was do you want to come back to get the nachos? While sitting there I was watching the three wemen up front. One was carrying a wad of money, the second was squatting down below the counter doing who knows what, and the third was just stading there. Then a man came from the back wearing plastic gloves like maybe he was the cook carrying a stack of cups to the drive thru window. NONE of them were hustling. I own a small business in Okeechobee as well and all I can say is that I WOULD NOT HAVE ANY OF THE PEOPLE THEIR REPRESENT MY REPUTATION LIKE THAT!!
Nasty food
I love Taco Bell and I wanted I get a chicken burrito so that's what I order and when I get home to eat the chicken burrito was really skinny so I open the burrito up and there two piece of chicken and hard stail rice in it now this isn't the first time this has happen to me just the first time with the stail rice I tried to contact the store five time and no one picked up I'm very upset I would have went back but there is a snow storm in my town. I live in Hartford ct 06106 and the Taco Bell I went to is on Flatbush ave Hartford ct
The Taco bell in Ripley wv has gone down hill in the past few years. Last night i went there to get my brothers and sister something to eat and didn't get half of my order and tried to speak to the manager and he told me to wait until 8 pm which it was 7 at the time. i waited until then and tried again and he refused to talk to me and said they was busy and I was the only customer so how can you be to busy to handle a little mistake.
I just got home with "my order" from store #019675. Almost the entire order was messed up. I ordered at cheesy gordita crunch and received a crunchy taco, 3 chicken fresca tacos and one of them didn't even have chicken in it, one double decker taco supreme that was so soggy it stuck to the wrapper, a Mexican pizza that was totally destroyed in the box, and one cheese quesadilla that was completely cold. Called the manager for her to to say I was lying. This is unacceptable! Not only will I also be calling corporate office to further complain but will probably choose Taco Bueno next time.
I read that a franchise holder of yours in Oklahoma is going to cut his employee' hours to 28 or less to avoid paying healthcare premiums under the Affordable Care Act. If this franchisee does this, I will not eat at Taco Bell. Ask Darden Restaurants how your franchisee's actions will affect his (and the parent corporation's) business.
