Taco Bell Corporate Office & Headquarters

Would like to talk to someone about the Taco Bell in Edmonton Alberta Canada. There are major problems that need to be addressed immediately. You are losing customers and very upset customers inside of the Taco Bell. The quality, the correct orders, burnt and hard food. We have gone there and everytime we have gone it is terrible.

the moment i finished my Taco Bell, i started noticing a sore throat, a couple hours later it got worse, I called the store to notify them and the Manager says "everything is sanitary here" then she asked me what I had which was their chicken soft tacos and she basically said ok, and hung up.. Thanks Taco smell, fml

Had a GREAT experience the other night at Taco Bell! I was so surprised, never have I ever experienced such wonderful service at a Taco Bell in my entire life! It was awesome and so unforgettable! This gentleman named Winston, at the Taco Bell off Rt.1 Fredericksburg, VA 22408 area, has excellent customer service skills! He went above and beyond to delight me and inform me of this contest TB is having. I went on and entered in on the survey, even though I didn't win, it doesn't matter. What matters is he is noticed about how well he is doing and to keep it up! As long as there is great service, there will be lots of returns! Just thought I'd share! Thanks again Winston!

Went to taxi bell in danville ky.will never go there again employee was rude an when I ask to speak to manager she was also rude. The feeling of the store trickled down.if you ask me they need a new manager!!!

I did not like your super bowl commercial. I felt it was a "poke fun" video at seniors. I think you could have found a way to do your commercial with seniors portrayed in a more flattering way. I really don't recall ever seeing any seniors looking or acting the way your portrayed them. "Very bad taste"

There are no Taco Bells in Hamburg, NY. So I wondered to the Union Road store because I had an evening meeting, Orderd the churo and gave the young lady my e=mail. She was very pleasent, and the Churo was wonderful. I would definitly order another...very chunchy, and tasty. I loved it.

We ate at the Taco Bell in Granbury Texas tonight. That has to be the nasty place I have ever ate at. The bathrooms have to be the most nastiest things. The whole place was dirty and run down. I truly look forward to taco Casa opening in Granbury soon. Who ever runs this store needs to open their eyes and look through the dirt and see that your store needs something down to it. If your bathrooms are that bad I hate to see what you are hiding in the kitchen!!! Gross!!

I went to the Oregon City, Oregon Taco Bell yesterday to order some Loaded Grillers I saw advertised on TV for 99 cents each. When I placed my order, I was told they were now $1.29 each. That's False Advertising using Bait & Switch tactics! Taco Bell Corporate should be ashamed. The 99 cent promotion is still being advertised on TV today!

Went to store 003154, 1175 e colfax ave, denver, co! We went through the drive-In and order some awful low quility soft tacos! The tortilla was crunchy and chewing, obviously was sitting in a warmer waiting for someone to order one, rather then being made fresh ! On 2/3/2013 at 1:46:11 pm I called the store and spoke to a manager, he seemed to not really care and just offered to get me new ones. Never going back to this Taco Bell again!

We just left taco bell about midnight and your manager took our order was very rushy and pushy just for me to make my order then got to the window she wouldnt talk was just very rude food was soggy and cold. I work customer service have for many years and that was a horrible service

This evening I went to the drive thru at the Taco Bell on East State Street in Rockford with my kids. While we ordering the employee, obviously unaware that her microphone was on, said, "I wish he would hurry up!" I had to sit there and think, did she really just say that? I know customer service is a concept that is foreign to these kids nowadays, but that is ridiculous.

Went to taco Bell and bit down on a rock. Complained to them and showed them the rock. Their insurance company called me and told me they would not cover any expenses for my tooth because this could happen at home since beans are an agricultural product. They say they are not liable.

Went to Taco a in Tyler, TX and the manager Ttiana was rude when I told her that I did not get my order right. I don't think that she cares about customer service or she was showing out in front of her friends. I will go to the other Taco Bell across town. Also, the clerk was handling money with gloves and then fixing orders. Does she not know that money is unclearn?

I went to taco bell 119 N. telegraph rd. waterford twp 48329 mi. and the cashier, named Jessica B., gave me a great example of what fast food drive-thru people should be like, she wasn't pressuring me at the box, was genuinly sincere, Nice and gave me the best fast food expirence, i'v worked in fast food and know the pressures of the job, and she was excellent. A++++ very happy.

I have always asked for extra cheese on my chicken burritos but recently at taco bell on McKinley and Blackstone in Fresno, CA I have not been getting my extra cheese... I called and talked with the manager and she basically said everything is pre-measured and the extra cheese is only a pinch that they add... so I am paying .60 cents extra for about .01 cent pinch of cheese... Nice Taco Bell... very nice... It is only this store that does this... The other stores put hecka cheese on them...

Cutting hours of staff so as not to need to provide health coverage under the new law(Obamacare) is disgusting! I hope a way can be found to apply/raise some tax(unemployment maybe?) on all the businesses that take this approach, Raise prices 5 cents, as long as it goes to paying for employees health care, not extra profit. I'll wait till I see what you do, before I go to Taco Bell again.

Going thru drive thru was not the most pleasant. They were in a rush didn't wait until we were done placing are order. Were not greeted very will when got to the window. Got the order was told that was it almost left and they yelled that there was more. Got home and only half the order was correct.

I love the Taco Bell businesses in Poplar Bluff, MO. I usually frequent the one on the north end of town due to it being close to my house. I went to one in Mountain View, MO and got confused on my order. The staff was very cooperative, nice, and pleasant. I plan to return there the next time I'm through Mountain View.

As employee hours have been cut back to avoid paying health benefits...my family and friends..have decided to stop eating at any/and all Taco Bells. I hope other customers will do the same.
