Taco Bell Corporate Office & Headquarters

I thought it was required for people to where hair nets but I found hair in my spicy chicken burrito!!farmington,MO store 63640 makes my stomach!! Issue needs to be addressed

I just did drive thru at the Indianapolis, Indiana location store #017314 and it was the worst food I had from any drive thru to date. First there was 2 missing items that was on my ticket but not in my bag and the items we received were cold and the other 2 items were burnt. I took photos because you would have to see it to believe it. $18 dollar order and only 2 items were worth eating. Please do better

My husband walked into the Taco Bell # 023745 in Belleville, Mi. Placed his order for Combo # 5 , Como #3 and 3 cinnamon twists He got the combos w/drinks but when he got home the cinnamon twists were not in the bag!!! Tried to call them 2x with no answer. This is very rude not to answer their telephone so we could get this taken care of over the telelphone right away.

Now we love taco bell, we go there all the time. But we r extremely dissatisfied with the service lately! This pertains to the St. Tammany Parish area. We just recently moved out here in Dec. 2012 and every since then everytime we have gone to taco bell they ALWAYS get our "SUPREME" taco/burrito orders wrong. And when we tell them they've gotten it wrong they scrape everything off instead of just making the RIGHT one. Not.only that, they have an attitude with us like its our fault. It's really not hard at all to get our orders right and we would appreciate it if something is done because we're almost to the point to where we don't even want to go back. And since -5 isn't an option ill just have to put a 1.

I would like to suggest the addition of a few more varieties of the Doritos Locos Tacos. I believe this would better justify the "Collect All..." slogan being used to advertise these items. Additionally having a unique Doritos flavor only found at Taco Bell, similar to Baja Blast Mountain Dew's uniqueness might be a good idea.

I frequent your drivethru, its quick and easy.I have a choice to eat on the run or sit in the parking lot comfortable listening to music in my car while I enjoy my meal.however I find it very frustrating that you do not have a trash bin outside.I either have to walk to the dumpster which would mean open the gates and deal with whatever nasty odor is Eminating from within or go inside the store to get rid of my trash. I find this not to be very customer friendly there is no wonder why there is trashall over the floor of the parking lot. someone needs to address this issue.I do not think that the employees coming outside to pick up trash from the floor is very safe while cars are trying to find parking.no that would bring up a safety issue.

The main reason i go to taco bell is to get baja blast .I can go to any number of mexican places and in all truth if you call ahead you can get it just as fast ,and more authentic. having said that not having diet baja blast has turned me off of going . a large baja blast is like 450 calories and i just cant justify it .i cant go to taco bell without getting a baja so i just dont go . i implore you to make a diet version of this drink . PLEASE!!!!

I hardly ever get the food home and find all the items I ordered and paid for in the bag, always at least one item missing. Very frustrated with this.

I just visited the Taco Bell in grants nm and the sticker on the door says the lobby is open until 9 pm.... With that being said it was 720 and the doors were locked and no one would come to the door. I went through the drive up and asked why the door were closed and she replied very rudely.. We are closed for some reason.... I asked what reason would that be? She snapped at me and said we just are can I help you with something? I said no and drove off... This is very upsetting to me and my family we are from out of town and came to Grants for a baseball tournament and have been sitting in the cold weather since 7am and just wanted to sit down and have dinner before our drive home. I am very disappointed on how I was treated by your staff....

on february 28, 2013, at 1:29 PM my husband went through the drive in at store 020611 which is on 1275 s lamb blvd in Las Vegas Nv and ordered a nacho bell grandy, & 2 tostadas, and the guy who took the order decided that he should give my husband a nacho super beef which is half the size of the nacho bell grandy, even the chips are smaller. When I called Taco Bell they said they guy probably didn't understand. So why do you hire people who can't understand an order? How come he didn't repeat it? like they always do when you order. I am tired of getting wrong orders when it should have been done right to start. The person at Taco bell used the same crappy excuse such as "come on back and we will give you a coupon. I don't like their way of passifying you when they screwed up. Maybe this is your franchise and you have no control over it but you are responsible for this because the franchise has your name of Taco Bell and they represent you. I won't go back to Taco Bell again because I can't rely of whether my order will be right or wrong when it should always be right. If anyone asks about taco bell, I will tell them not to order because they don't know how to take an order and give you what you ordered. There is too much competition from other fast food places such as Burger King and McDonnalds and too many to even list each one, but you are actually sending people to your competition. I am really displeased and fed up with Taco Bell.

Ok i was pitching the idea for Cool Ranch Tacos now let's bring it all out by Summer, How about adding in Spicy Nacho Tacos as well???

Went to my local t.b. in eluzabethtown ky.went through the drive throu. Mess my order big time went in . Send a friend in to pay the difference. Then I got my food it as wrong again. Went inside again. As soon I get to the counter the manger said what wrong with it now. She got rude and hateful with me won't give me a refund when I ask for it numerous of times. And wouldnt give me the right order. What happen to the customers always right....

Jan31, went thru drive thru Taco Bell in Holbrook Arizona, and our order was short a couple of things. Of course we did not notice till we got unpacked at the motel we were staying at. No phone book in our room, so we went to motel front desk to look up phone # for them. "Manager" at Taco Bell said she would mail us coupons. We have yet to receive them. Called corporate office today they took a report to forward up the corporate food I chain...and are mailing coupons. I believe in being fair..so will wait for a coupons...BUT please note...the motel said they hear complaints ALL the time about the drive thru shorting people's orders. Most people using drive thru are in a hurry...or tourist...taught me to ALWAYS sit there and check the bag thoroughly...TRUST NO ONE!!!

Ordered a mexican pizza with sour cream. They forgot the sour cream and when I went back to confront them they were rude. Even through I should them the receipt I payed for it. Then they made me a new pizza, very sloppy, sumthered in sour cream. It was runney and bubbley sour cream. It looked as if they messed with my food and I couldnt eat it. This was in coosbay oregon.

Taco Bell used to be a good place to eat. Now I wouldn't go even if I get paid to do so. I had a fake bill that i didn't know of and when I paid, "the manager of the store" told me she was keeping the bill because it was fake. I asked her what was going to happen to the bill and she said she was going to put it on the wall so she can show it. It makes no sense! Instead of having a good meal I got really outsad. Used to love that place. I honestly will recommend to all the people I know to avoid eating at Taco Bell. Manager at the time was not professional at all and when I ask her for her card she ignore me and talked over me. I would like to conclude by saying, Taco Bell has poor customer service and unprofessional management. Please stop playing that commercial, it is too much already and I cannot believe how overplayed it is on every station...the spanish version is driving me crazy.....i will turn the channel everytime it comes on!@!!!!!!!!! and stop charging so much for 'add tomato' it is absurd to pay 2 dollars to get a few tomatoes on four tacos, i won't pay it; i would pay 1 dollar, so change it from 50 cents to 25, or i will continue to dice my own!

I visited the taco bell in Southfield, MI tonight. My order was wrong when I got home, the food looks horrible and like somebody just threw it together. Not just one of the tacos but both of them. Asked for sauce packets and received only two when I specifically asked foralot of them. Very disappointed!! Also called the number on my receipt 3 times and no answer.

You are in violation of your merchant agreement regarding Master Card / Visa transactions.. Store policy is trumped by the agreement set forth in the policy of "Needing" to see I.D. to obtain a sale.. I plan on seeking a Lawyer and filing a claim against your establishment... How can a "Taco Bender" save me from credit card fraud....
