Taco Bell Corporate Office & Headquarters

I went to the taco bell in bullhead city, AZ store number 015277 and ordered a 12 pack tacos and 2 cheesy burritos. when i got home and took out the food it had so much grease it was forming a puddle on my counter. i couldn't even get the tacos unstuck from the paper. I called the store and spoke with a female manager who refused to give me her name and she proceeded to tell me that theres no way it could be greasy because there food isn't greasy and insinuating that I was lying. She then asked what do I expect her to do about it if she makes the food over it will come out the same way. I told her I could bring the food back in and she said ok and hung up on me. I can't believe this is how your running your business we the customers are what keeps your business going and this is how we're treated. judging by your overall scores I think somebody needs to wake up and start managing there business. I know a family of customers was lost today we will be taking our service to Del Taco from now on.

I went to the Taco Bell in Highland, CA on Baseline and Boulder and I ordered two chicken crunchwraps with NO sour cream and extra lava sauce. I also asked for their hot hot hot sauce which to me applied I meant thier hottest hot sauce. I got home to find out they gave me regular hot sauce so my boyfreind drove back to Taco Bell (2 mi round trip) for the Fire hot sauce just to come back and bite into the crunchwrap to find it was loaded with sour cream. So I drove back to Taco Bell another 2mi trip to complain about my order. I spoke with the manager to let her know my entire meal was ruined. My food was at home getting cold and my ice was melting in my soda. All the manager had to say was "I'm sorry I can only replace the crunchwraps". Really Taco Bell??? I will never go that location again. They are also combined with KFC and they are always running out of chicken. Horrible!!! Corporate says they will send me a coupon in the mail so we'll see.

Me and my boyfriend went to Taco Bell on six forks and Strickland in Raleigh and got there at 10:50 sat at the drive thru for 5 minutes then procceeded to the window because no one was talking back to us and tapped on the glass (it was now 10:58) and we asked if they were open (knowing they didn't close until 11:00) the delivery guy rudly said no while the employees were hiding behind the wall laughing. I replied seriously and he said seriously leave. It was very disrespectful and don't ever plan on going back and spreading the word about my experience. Sincerely, A disappointed customer

This is the absolute worse taco bell i have ever neen too in my entire life while I was waiting on my food this heavyset woman was cursing out a little boy that worked there probably bout 16 and she was a manager! I couldn't believe it didn't look like he did anything to me but bless his heart hope he didn't get fired!

The Jonesboro ar location on caraway road is the worst place in town. Not only did they get my good wrong twice in the same visit when I called to complain once I got home and realized it was wrong again the guy hung up on me. This is the last time I will be there and seeing that your over all ratings are at a 2.0 I would say you need to do some work on your stores. Come on people they are taco for goodness sake. I only have you one star because "0" wasn't an option. The corporate office will be getting a call from me Monday morning.

Chicken chalupas are the worse. Taco Bell shouldn't be selling that to customers it taste nasty. I strongly recomed that they shouldn't be sold to customers. My opinion, anyone else agrees.

I love to eat at taco bell, and when you came out with the new buffalo chicken rap, I did triy it, and for me it was the best spice and chiken teysted rap. And evey time a drove around and see a Tacobell I stop and buy 5 or 6 Buffabulo chiken, but now I am not happy because the chiken rap not longuer have the chicken inside no more, when you buy it chicken buffalo it not longuer have the same amount of chicken like the first time it came out.... So please fix it. Thank you...

You need now to either make a spicy nacho taco or a salsa verde just letting you know

Seattle taco bells are terrible. I waited in line at one at 10:55 pm. The Taco Bell person told the guy in front of me that they were no longer serving KFC. Then she let him sit there for 5 minutes to make a decision on Taco Bell. By the time we got to order it was 10:59pm. They said they closed at 11pm and refused to serve us. This is really bad business. They made us wait and still refused to serve us. Seattle is a big city and refusing business beyond 11pm is ridiculous. Especially when I was in line before 11pm. It's not my fault the guy in front of us took forever.

Bring back the taquitos they were my reason to live (I'll give you 5 stars if you do it)

I don't understand why taco bell charges extra for tomatoes on a taco that has no meat (no beef, no chicken, no beans). I just want a taco with lettuce, cheese and tomatoes. Why should this cost more than a beef taco? Why are they not taking away money for the beef if they're charging for the tomatoes or sour cream? The people waiting on you are very rude when you ask them this, so I'm asking corporate headquarters. Can you take away money for getting a meatless taco or having a vegatarian taco on your menu? Very discriminating against vegatarians if you can't.

Hi, let me introduce my awsome idea you know how everyone is going nutts over your ranch dorito taco right? Why not do a guacamole dorito taco or chalupa? A regular chalupa with avacado and the dorito guacamole flavor on the shell I know this product would sell deffinately! This is my idea thank you

I am not an employee but here are something's I have noticed the management here in Sedalia Mo. are childlike I say this because they seem to like to embarrass their employees, they talk about employees to non management employees, they degrade them in front of the customer. Let other people count down the drawers. Discuss write ups with non management personnel about others, I have over 20 years experience working in retail, and retail management, and I have to say I am very shocked to see this kind of behavior, and the fact that it seems to be okay for them to do this. I do not want to support such behavior, so I will no longer be visiting any Taco Bells or affiliates, I will also let others I know about this type of behavior, and that they shouldn't support any company that allows this.

Great tacos make a spicy nacho doritos locos taco now!

The doritos tacos are great but the cooler ranch taco shoulve contained chicken instead of beef. Ranch goes better with chicken.

U need tbells in Irvine around the 405 and Jeffrey/sand cyn/Bake area where the HQ are! Would make sense to have one nearby where you guys can be very vigilant and close to my area when I crave it.

I was thinking of a chipotle taco shell. Chipotle seems to be popular at this point and time. At least in Texas. My ideas: *Cheesy Gordita Chipotle Crunch? *Maybe even a Cheesy Gordita Dorito Crunch (with the option of cool ranch or Nacho Cheese flavor).

Remember when there were the Doritos of the different levels of hotness? Imagine 3 taco shells of the different levels of hotness and the Pepsi for each of the levels to come back. I think it would be worth a shot.
