Dollar General Corporate Office & Headquarters

It seems like every time I go into the DG in Petersburg, WV I find the manager and his assistant having some kind of fling in the back room. This man is old enough to be her father. She always has her hands all over him and when he is not in the store, the young kids won't do anything. I have contacted several people but no one will do anything about it. Is this how a business is suppose to run.

I went shopping @ the Dollar General store in Turtle Creek, Pa today & as I entered the store & reached for a basket to do some shopping I noticed that the baskets were so filthy that I am glad that I looked before I touched ~ I turned around & left the store, would the owner of the store want to use a basket as dirty as these were ( they were all like that) I don't think so!!!!!! They really need to clean them up!

i went in your store in benton,tn and was disrespected by the two young girls that work there. they made fun of me and i come there all the time and spend alot of money in the place but if i dont get respect from people that are suppose to take care of customers then i will take my money to freds and family dollar since they know how to treat their customers and respect them.

I am very upset of the recent changes at my local dollar general store in brooks kentucky. They have started selling beer now. everytime you go in there you have some drunk staggering around , cussing, trying to buy more beer so he can get on the road to kill someone and the dollar general is aiding to kill someone. as a customer i prefer a family atmosphere not a liguor store. i am gonig to take my business else where. you all have ruined a good store with your very poor decision. tammy

I really love dollar general, have shopped at several stores in eastern nc. recently have noticed in my home town Bethel NC, our store is sloppy, store shelves have been moved and underlying space looks really bad, seasonal merchandise doesnt have a home and this store is really going down hill. Dollar general needs a regional manager assist in getting this store upgraded, I really like dg and the employees but the standards are falling, thanks

I have a problem with one of the peaple that work at doller genral she is talking to other peaple about a privite problem and is being very rude with me and family as a custemer I will no longer shop at the store due to her being there I want somthing to be done about this problem.

I bought a one vanilla visa prepaid card to make purchases and the card is declining every transaction that I make, I want my money back but dollar general won't refund my $470.00 becasue the card is defective and one vanilla said that they wont refund my money. This is illegal because I have receipt. It is my belief that dollar general is doing shady business and I am contacting the news, BBB, Federal Commision Trade, etc. They stole my money and won't return it. I am shocked

A new store opened here in corcoran ca and the manager gave out gift cards for grand opening. The celebration ended and the people were told to give them back because they did not work.It has been over 2 months now and annabel has not returned them. I have realized she has every excuse even blamed disitrict manger. I would like to know where are the cards and is it district mangers fault. Two of my family members won a $20 card just to be taken back. What would you do?

I will never shop the Dollar General located in HARVEST Al. The manager is very negative. I have shopped there three mornings a week. Every morning she is on the store iphone talking very loudly concerning how horrible the district manager operates. The negitive remarks against the company is so depressing I now take my business to the Freds store. The store manager should seek employment elsewhere it is UNPROFESSIONAL AND PATHETIC to bite the hand that feeds you. There are many who would love the oppprotunity to have her position.

Every time I go into dollar general (8875 Woodville Hwy Tallahassee, FL) you do not have a clear path to go shopping, carts of merchandise in the way, and it is every time I go in there . The last time I went in ,it was the same way ,and got a few things to buy ,and went to the register ,and no one was there, but a sign ring the bell for service,of course there was no bell there,one of the employee's came in from outside ,and I told her there was no bell to ring ,and thought she was going to wait on me ,but to my surprize she got the bell and rang it a few times and put it on the counter. Five minutes later I just walked out,and the person behind me started ringing the bell.With that I went to family dollar down the street

I shop Dollar General frequently but after hearing the extremely offensive music that this store had playing that last 2 times I have been in there, it is apparent that you do not share my value system and I will not be shopping here in the future!!

Everyone in our area is glad to have the dollar general in the small town of Millry alabama. but one of the workers Tammy Rester is using it to get men she gives them things out of the store. she even have different ones standing around the store.Black or white she don't care married or single she shouldn't be allowed to work for the public while destroying peoples homes she should be fired at least for giving things out of the store without paying for it.....

The Dollar general in Columbus Junction IA, is terrible and the district manager is a complete jerk, he talked down to employees in front of the shoppers, Julie the old manager is one of them that he did that to.I was the assistant manager, it took 5 weeks to get my raise and now he doesn't want to give me my vacation pay i did earn cause i was doing the job. He talked down to me saying if I absolutely needed my money then he would have to take it out of the safe for my raise back pay and for my vacation pay he says i didn't earn it, well the girls that work there now do all the can to try to get the work done but he hasn't even given them any help and they are 3 trucks behind.roll tainers line the store and it looks terrible! In Mt. Airy NC there are four dollar general stores. Went to one used one coupon. They were out of the product I wanted so I went to another of their stores. they had plenty of the product but would not honor my coupons. Will not shop at dollar General again.

I went to Dollar General today for some cleaning supply's wrote a check for a small amount did not have my Debit card or cash the check was declined they gave me a number for a certegy customer number i got a machine and got nowhere called customer support got a lady from India who could not speak english said they could not give me a number for support in the united states I was turned down in a store full of my peers people i work with live around i spend a lot of money there every year and i promise you i will never go back to another Dollar General ever again

The dollar general store in marceline Missouri was really good until this newest manager took over. She has her family in there all the time blocking the registers, I was walking through the store when I saw a girl putting headphones in her pocket as I was getting ready to tell the manager the girl called her mom. I think this is very unprofessional I am in that store daily and her family is always there. I have seen her give them items to put in her car that had no sack or anything...this store is starting to go down hill fast and I will shop at the brookfield Walmart instead....124ievaird

i am a regular customer of the dollar general in wapello, ia. the store itself is fine but the ladies bathroom was a gross mess. the outside of the bowl and the bottom by the floor was so gross. also the corner behind the toilet didn't look like it had been swept for a long time or mopped. The sink also hadn't been cleaned for some time.
