Dollar General Corporate Office & Headquarters

My husband was just in your store on highway 16 and said that the man working in the store was cussing at the lady that works there. Customers do not want to here that! It's bad enough that we have to walk through a cloud of smoke to get in the store. It seems like all the employees smoke by the door!

Hi I'm am jack I live in satsuma and I was in yr store that's located on hwy 17 in satsuma Fl. On Thursday march 28 2013 ...and when I was checking out I noticed that there was two young boys working in the store and they both had a very strong oder of alcohol and after my wife and I both wtatched the two we both new they both have been drinking .....this might need to be adressed ..thank you jack

I went into Dollar General store #07482 3100 Stantonburg Rd in Greenville, NC to purchase some sodas 3 packs for $10 on sale on the front page of the Dollar General Circular today 3-28-13 that ends on this Sat. 3-30-2013 and the manager on duty approx. 4-6pm claimed that store did not have a sale on sodas even though the store paper that she looked at clearly read it. So I decided to scan a 8 pack mountain dew and it was indeed on sale. What ever happen to good customer service?

The DG store is a mess. When it opened we were so happy. It was close by, but it's going down. We have had trouble with the milk that has a funny smell. We could take it back but there's always long waiting time. We have gone back to family dollar. The store is located in Danville va west main store

I had a horrible experience at the Dollar eneral on Eastman Rd. in Longview Tx where do a place my grievance. I will contact what ever I can find online. I will not stop until This has been handled to my satisfafaction.

Coupons appeared in local newspaper and I tried to use one of the coupons at Dollar General Store at 2301 Gulfway Drive, Port Arthur, Texas and the store employee refused to accept it. The coupon was not expired and it was for the exact product that it applied to.

The store #02174 @ 1025 Mt. Rose ave. York Pa. It was on March 27, 2013 @ 13:30, the store clerk the one that's pregnant, was on her cell phone with a personal call. She was loud enough I could hear her side of the conversation as I shopped. She made another call while working the register. The store manager or the guy in charged was nearby and heard it all but said nothing. Whether or not he handle that later, I don't know. Being on the phone while working the register is not professional.

Today I visited store 9293 in Waxhaw. I am a fan of Dollar General and shop frequently in Monroe. However my experience here was disappointing. Fist, ALL of the shopping carts were outside, near the corner of the building. I had to look around the store, discover no carts, return outside and go to the corner to get one. Inside, merchandise i wanted at the end of the aisle display had no pricing at all. I found this lack of pricing was consistent throughout the store as I shopped and the shelves were not stocked well. In frustration, I emptied my cart, and left without buying anything. As I went to my car I noticed a lot of wind blown trash against the building on the dumpster side that was very unsightly. I went to Family Dollar nearby where I found everything I needed and all prices clearly posted, shelves well stocked and store neat. Again, my store in Monroe is great but not this one in Waxhaw.

I am a fan of Dollar General. My store near my home is 6206. They are gracious, accommodating, and the store has well kept displays and merchandise is kept stocked and priced.

I was just at the dollar general #12983. Went up to the register to pay for items. Waited about 5 minutes before clerk showed up. She was in the back room of the store. She even left register key on the counter. When she got there she had the nerve to be rude to me. She was the one that kept me waiting then she acts like I was wasting her time. If anybody had a right to be angry it was me. I still was polite to her and she still got rude. I asked another clerk what her name was and she said it was Shelly. Shelly, you need to leave the attitude at home. I wasn't having a great day either and I didn't appreciate waiting on you but I didn't take it out on you. I hope corporate realizes just how many things probably get stolen from your store with employees like this who hate their job and leave store unattended for several minutes. Employees like this are costing you big bucks!

I love DG but I hate going to the one closest to my house ia oxford Ga. Everyone is so rude including the manager. I work in customer service and to act like im such an inconvience for returning something and putting it on Ebt is wrong. The huffing and puffing is not necessary. With that said there is 1 employee that goes above and beyond her duties and she's not even the manager. But she definitely should and it's a shame too because I don't remember her name.

I don't understand why the isles are always blocked with rows of unopened boxes. Christmas was almost over before most of the stock ever made the shelves. Same with Spring. You can't even get a buggy down the isles for weeks and weeks. And, speaking of restrooms, it is disgusting, even though I know it's really not meant for the public. Last summer there was no air conditioning. We need this store in Sayre, Oklahoma. We also need to be able to shop there by getting up and down the isles.

What I cannot figure out is why people who are trying to get an education are not hired at Dollar General? Some reasoning is they like to hire morons who have no intentions of getting a college education. They end up hiring people who steal from them and try to steal customers, by putting their items in separate bags, and handing them only the bags they can see. They treat elder people with disrepect too. They are lazy and leave the bathrooms nasty, and carts dirty, and stupid when they speak, and think you are. Talk about their managers and corporate office as being morons. I notice people get fired who are usually the good employees because corporate office is so blind to the truth.

The store in Chuckey TN is beyond out of control. The coolers are nasty and smell really bad. The store is also dirty. The employees are never at the cash register, and you have to wait in line everytime you go in, I am talking anywhere between 5 - 10 minutes.

The DG in Norfolk Va on Hampton blvd has the worst manager I have ever encountered. He is rude and rolls his eyes and smacks his lips like and teenage girl. The other staff members are very friendly and helpful something they must have learned elsewhere.

My Rating for this Store is below Zero. Pam the Lazy manger and the employees are just Rude! Thank God for Walmart. Pam and her employees park by the Doors so the customers park in the back. They wont clean the restrooms, they dont stock the shelves. You can't use a debit card cause Pam won't fix anything. They steal money from customers. Great Store Here In Wapello Iowa

I went to the Dollar General Store in Middletown, Indiana. Everytime I go there, they are out of the product I am there after. I end up going to another town to get it. Why have one in our town,if I am always going out of town . If you ask them for help, they never have time to help. Isn't that what they get paid for??

We went the general dollar store that is in Beebe AR. which is five miles from our home in Ward AR. My husband bought some Mountain Dew which the sign said 3 for $10. After we got we checked our recipt and charged us $3.64 each. I took it back today and the would not honor it. The sigh was mostly tore off and the Coke and DR PEPPER was on sale which had nothing at all to do with our recipt. i have always enjoyed the General stores but i won't be back . Our little town Of eebe is very small but growing the are putting a Wal-Mart super center this year They have already started it we also have a Family Dollar Store witch will be my place of shopping from now on.. I do not appricaie the way they put me off i do know how to add and subtract.

I shop in this store at least once a week. It is the dirtest stores I have ever been in. The stock sits in the isles and blocks all trafic while the manager is either in his office or outside having a cigarette with some young girl. He is a disgustilng sight. Dirty, unshaven and wears dirty clothes. The floor has not been swept or mopped in weeks. You must not have a district manager or at least one who does not care about this store or maybe just never visits the store. The items do not ring up at the same price that the tags says. I just bought toilet paper and made a point to check the price tag that said $4.75 and it rang up $7.50. Please..........can someone with some authority come check this store out. We just opened several new stores in this town and I am sure people will be spending the money elsewhere. I know I will.
