Dollar General Corporate Office & Headquarters

Wow, what is the DG corporate office going to do about all the complaints on their website? Pretty sad state of affairs! Really? Majority of your stores are that bad? Guess I'll move on to buy somewhere else, I've already boycotted Walmart!!!!!!!!!!!!

The store on Nederland ave. in Nederland Texas by Burger King is extremely disgusting! I have lived here for over a year and the store has been a wreck since then And no telling how long before! It is almost humorous how bad this store is. There's barely anything on the shelves and there are carts fills of boxes everywhere! U can't get to anything ever! It is so unsafe! I hope I hurt myself in there so I can sue them for being so freakin lazy! They NEVER stock! It's only 2 min from my house and I would love to go there to get what I need but I end up having to drive farther to Wal Mart! What's worse is I have contacted corporate about this store and all they said us they're working on it. It takes over a year to stock shelves!?! Give me a break! I am so tempted to start opening the boxes on the carts just to get what I need! Get ur act together dollar general management! Ur store is disgusting! Ur employees r rude and lazy! U obviously aren't much better for letting this happen! Oh and I only have one star cuz I had to other wise I wouldn't have given any because there's nothing good about this store! It's an embarrassment to our nice town!

The Manager at Mount Carmel is very rude to her employee's no one should have to be talked to the way she does her employee's i think someone else should be put over that store.The employee's there should be treated with respect.

I got on this site to complain about a filthy store.........ha........seems like all Dollar General stores are the same......poor management and seriously filthy........I think someone in Corporate DG needs to wake up and take care of these issues instead of collecting a huge paychecks and letting customers and employees suffer. I like to shop DG for the great prices, but I'm very concerned about all these filthy store complaints and poor management skills from receiving no training. Everyone should boycott their local stores and maybe someone will take notice!

The Dollar General Store in Monteagle Tennessee is extremely hot. You cannot breath in there. The ladies are very nice and the store is clean and well stocked. However, if you can't stand the heat and stuffness long enough to shop then I suppose Fred's up the road will be my first stop. Please let this store have some air circulating in the store. I know you make enough money off of that store to turn the air conditioning up. We have a Channel 4 News on your side and I am sure they would love to come up and see just how hot this store is with you people at corporate in control of the air conditioning. Please be reasonable!

The sign on the door at the Plattsmouth General Dollar store says it opens at 8:00 so how come in the past 2 weeks when I have been down there at 8:15 and 8:50 the store is not open...................I had to take my business up to SHOPKO.

I live in Rittman ,Ohio, The traffic our store gets is alot. They need to expand the store or build bigger there are plenty of real-estate to build in town. If expand,,go from the front out take out the yard part and make it parking lot area. also the inside of store the registers should be moved along the side wall, it discourages theft and gives more room thru out the store, i am a avid shopper at all Dollar Generals and i see great qualities in them.. then i see poor. A bigger Dollar General in Rittman would be Fantastic and more of a money making store. Sometimes i have to go to the next town over to there Dollar General cause it has more. i want to stay local and save on gas, i hope you look into this, thank you

Sad to say that the Dollar General in Story City, Iowa is also FILTHY..... There are carts of merchandise in almost every aisle..... There is so much merchandise crammed in the aisle that you cannot safely get the cart down them. I also have found sections empty of merchandise. The outside sidewalk of this store and building are in horrible disrepair ....... MANY people here in town enjoy shopping at the DG especially the elderly..... Cannot help but wonder how much longer they will be able to do such safely =(

I visted Dollar General store in Mccamey texas on April 5 2013. The store ws very dirty, shelves were not stocked, aisles were littered with paper ,dirt ,and unused product. There was what appeared to be weeks of new product blocking 1 complete aisle. I talked to several local folks who stated that this was the normal situation at this store. I also realize that residents of this town have very little choice on their buisness but also should have a store that they dont have to shop in such conditions. Thank you for your time.

We had a new DG come into our small University town of Boiling Springs N.C. So happy that this would serve our college students to purchase items at a reasonable price. And also I was very excited to be getting your store, because of the great deals before I would do my own grocery shopping. The store was built about 5 yrs ago may be longer. As the years went on trash began to gather around the building even the entrance to the store. We have oil cans from folks putting that in cars and throwing them down, which I don't approve of , but these are in the parking lots for weeks. Carts are pushed up into the shrubs with all the blown in trash. In the last 6 to 8 weeks shelves have been moved in the store and the floors still have not been cleaned. It is a disgrace to have such a store when you have freshmen college students and parents coming in to buy to get the dorm rooms ready for the new school year. Let me just say this you about what is about to happen . A brand new Family Dollar is about to open next to your filthy store and lets see where the folks will be doing their shopping. You can count on me being next door. I have it with the trashy store. Its a disgrace to our small college town. Hope matters will be taken care of very soon.

Shopped at store # 01191 today in Goose Creek, SC. First visit to this store in a couple of months and the condition of the store continues to get worse. The floors are dirty ( never clean). Merchandise is thrown on floors and trash cans through out the store. In the section for socks, underwear, etc. the racks are almost empty. The storage area going to the bathroom is disgusting, trash on the floor and merchandise This store needs a lot of attention, or will not be able to continue to shop there. The cashier was very courteous, the only good thing about the store.

Shelby county store has sorry mangments. he is never fair mor does he treat the emloyees fair. fores people who work their buts off an.the slackers get the praise. i go into that store atleast 3 times a day an i see the same employees there. the hard workers. the slackers have every other weekend off. he fired a youngstand girl who he bragged on so much. for a mistake he an the assist manger did wrong i will stand behind this young lady to see justic done

the dollar store 11923 in manchester tn is a joke. you can never get checked out. today there was 12 people to check out and only one person working . is the dollar store to cheap to hire people

The customer service at the Dollar General in the Jackson Missouri store has become a joke. Long lines, because only one register is open, while others who can check are stocking shelves makes it impossible to make it a quick in and out type place. I have walked out of the store a couple of times because of the wait time. When asked why we are told it is the way the manager wants it done. So, the manager rather have the shelves stocked and piss off the customers than have the place where customer service matters.

I was just at the Dollar General in Petersburg and had to wait forever to get waited on. The young ones are either on the phone or ourtside smoking. And the manager is never there or is to busy with his little girlfriend. Please someone do something about this.

I shop at a store in Winfield,In. And it is the most unkept store I have ever shopped at only one register ever works the doors going in and out of the store have been broken for months. It smells. And I am not extraggerating. I would be ashamed to put a corporate logo on this store. Shame on upper management for letting this store look like this. I am now and from now on a Family Dollar customer. That store is a law suit waiting to happen.

Worked there and saw everything that went on with the two of them. Petersburg Dollar General is the happening place for affairs, even if he is old enough to be her father.....gross

well here we go again we are one of the most friendly stores our service is all most perfect we try to be the best we can be well guess what we got a new D.M. and she likes nothen our store is a high volume store we love our people the D.M. said we are to friendly she wants the people in and out no talking to them my god what doz D.G. want every time we turn around we are wrong 9095

I was needing a phone number to call technical support for on-line hiring. I called the Shelbyville store. The manager was very unfriendly. I had been thinking about applying for a position there but after that phone call and also a friend telling me she had just been in there the other day and she was cussing at an employee in front of the customers I will choose the Pana store instead. I have been in customer service all of my life and I pride myself in how I treat people. "treat them the way you want to be treated" That philosophy has always served me well through my life. Why is that so hard.

Please build a new store in Adel, Ga. We have a new dollar store only 12 miles from us that has a market. It is wonderful. The Adel store is so crowded.
