Dollar General Corporate Office & Headquarters

I was twenty minutes late delivering some product to the distribution center in Ardmore. The shipper took 4 hours to load making me almost out of time on my log. I called and told them that I was running about 30 minutes late. They pretty much told me forget about showing up. I went by anyway and they very rudely told me they where not going to except the load. I was 22 minutes late. My family and everyone on Facebook will here about this. It will be a cold day in hell if we ever set foot in another store or I deliver any of their products.

I don't know what has happened to our little store, the shelves are empty, product on the floor, I tried to pick it up but that a 8 hour job within its self. When we the customers walk on or roll over merchandise that's 0 profit. Is there a new manager? The store is a wreck. There were two women checking in a vendor. The white one was rude to him, and the black one could have picked up the store or done a dozen other jobs, in stead of help the white one be nasty to the vendor. In 25 years in retail I learned to be nice to your vendors and customer. The vendor will do a much better job at your store.

i went to dollar general yesterday & brought a dollar general giftcard not knowing that i can only spend it at dollar general . I Think if the cashier would have explained that to me i wouldnt have brought it. I went back to the store and explained what happened to the manager and she was very rude . Dollar general dont have to worry about me shopping from there anymore!

The Dollar General Store in Chester va has gone to the dogs. So many of us loved that store but now there is no customer service at all I am not going to the Family Dollar it is not the price that made us move our business it is the staff. Wish things would change

why does the DG think it has to change things around in the store? About the time you get used to where things are then they change the layout again. We know what's in the store and when we have to search for things that's been moved it's frustrating. We have a lot of older citizens here and there get lost looking for things that should be easy. My family and I are going back to Walmart, at least they don't change the whole store around. Thanks but no thanks

I don't mind working for DG, but I do not like how my coworker always breathes down my neck about me not doing my job, when he never does his recovery. I would also like to have the voiding items permission back, because I am tired of being cussed at by customers because they have to wait. Another thing is, if we could have three employees to a shift, much more would get done. Just those two things would make the place run faster, and the stores would look much better in general!

this store would be shut down if the fire marshall came in. it hasnt been cleaned well in a couple of months and suddenly is undedrstaffed. the contents of the warehouse should not be carted and on the damn floor.

Go in Hineston, LA store too often.gotta stop. New girl today walks by doesnt speak. If theyre on the floor they dont say hi. Guy at register is a joke. Didnt say anything until i was leaving and i said thank you and he said youre welcome. Wow i get to thank them for helping them earn? their pay. Or they dont say anything at all. What. a joke. Buggies where you cant even park. The list is long. And to let you know when there is no price on the product im not buying it. Take mefor granted i dont need you as bad as you think i do.a boyvcott can get worked up.

The manager at the Crocker,Missouri store is so mean and rude to everyone im very surprised people even shop there anymore or even work for her!

I was in dollar general yesterday and witnessed the manager walking out of the office screaming at an employee. the employees comment was if you wanna talk to me like that I can leave the manager told the employee to go to her car. I am not sure what she was screaming about but i cant believe this company allows this type of behavior from there managers.

The Store at 903 N. University in Lafayette, LA is filthy on the outside...the grounds are littered with paper, trash and garbage....no cleaning has been done here in months it seems....have to drive a few miles to another store as not to shop at this one.....

I recently shopped the store located in Frostburg, MD. I was shopping for the company I work for and Tara, a store manager was extremely helpful that day. When I misplaced the receipt, that needed to be sent to our corporate office for payment, I called the store and Tara again, very poite and friendly, assured me she could help me. Along with her manager, Christie, they were able to help me in such a short amount of time, I was very grateful. All levels, from management down, should be this friendly and professional. Thanks ladies!

I went into the Dollar Store at Hoffner and Conway Rd (I have shopped here for years) today and the store was a disgrace. Filthy. Shelves in horrible shape. New stock everywhere. Could barely get the cart down a few aisles. Management and supervisors are asleep at the switch. One person at work.

The store in Mingo Jct Ohio is filthy the floors are filthy they moved shelving and never cleaned floors they stink from spilled pops

At my local store in Talladega,AL the deoderant and shavind accesories have been moved behind the register. I am not sure if this has only been done in this one in particular or if all have done this but it is completly ridiculous. The items are way to far to be able to see brands or prices and then you have to wait for an associate finds time to assist you. It took 15 minutes before I was even helped. I will not be back until this changes!

went to store number 13080 on April 20 2013 , after she rang up purchase I gave her my 5.00 coupon from cash register receipt a few days earlier, and clerk said I was suppose to give her coupon before she start ringing up the sale and would not honor my coupon. I gave it to old man behind me . When I brought back in basket she said he only got 0.55 off of his bill. He had spent over 55.00 and it was not the excluded items on the coupon. She claim coupon not state 5.00 off . She lied to me and him . I told her I wanted a refund on my purchase and she said she was too busy I would have to for all customers to not be in line. She said at least 10 minutes. well I left. I complained to store clerk on Monday the 22nd of April and her remark was maybe this week she would be working Saturday and she would honor my coupon. I go to the store 2 to 3 times a week and will find another store to go to.

I live in lexington nc and I go into dg quite often but tonight was the worst customer service I have ever received when I'm told I have 2 minutes to shop then that's unacceptable I work in customer service and never would I tell a customer they only had 2 minutes or be thrown out! Something needs to be done about the cashiers that work on hwy 8 store its unacceptable and I can spend my money else where if this continues!
