1618 Jefferson Davis hwy Camden ac 29020. This store has literally fallen off a cliff! Since Kirsten left there's a girl who works there who let's say is a witch w a b she is either deaf or has an impairment of some sort. She is the head person there. Poor MS. Georgia is the only person I ever see working. A line to the back of the store no exaggeration the lady in charge is rude she made fun of my grandmothers hat who is going through cancer. She is always texting and has am attitude all the time. I wish I could say there is a better one in town but sadly there is not. I stood in line while everyone complained about how awful this store is. Georgia is always so nice and works so hard. Half the time her hands are shaking because she is so obviously overwhelmed. I'll not spend another penny here. I generally spend $40-$100 a week at this store! Awful! I've worked in vs my entire life and wouldn't even dream of tolerating this.

This store had gotten very dirty. Merchandise on the floors, being ran over by the carts, food wrappers, trash laying around. I wad so glad to see Janet back today. For some reason they fired her. Luckily, corporate hired het back. reason, Heather, the manager, needs to move to another store. Unless you are in her clique she makes it rough on the better workers, while others are not doing their job. Janet, should have the managers spot. Heather and other employees are causing lots of problems. They charge what they want. We need our little store cleaned up.

the dollar general innormalville pa 15469 needs to step it up and help th boy that works there.they do not smoke every 15min when they clok in and when he need help the manages/other worker will not come and help or the walk real slowly.and that they puch evey think on the boy to get evey think done yes i know he is the only boy but he do not need to do every thing. and the store manger was on vac. and came in and worked and telling what not allound to do that and he was help the customer out and she cutted right in front off him there need to bee something about.they are very run to him.

Your Ozona TX store is the WORST EVER!!!! Its nasty, never stocked, run down, ill managed and you need to hire people and PAY people to work there! We have a horrible grocery store here and need Dollar General to supply our needs. PLEASE HELP!!!!!! Send someone here that can work 40 hrs a week, manage the place, clean it up and run it like a business should be run. YOU OUGHT TO BE ASHAMED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

pissed off the dollar general in winchester va on valley ave has a great store except for the manager my husband went in thier on wenseday morning around 9am she was in the back no where to be found like always then when she finaly came up to wait on him she was rude and throwing his stuff in the back and got smart mouth with him i would like to no what happen to customer service i have been a G.M. for a long time and i no this is not right if you are having a bad day suck it up if it was not for the customers you would not have a job this is not the first time she has been rude to people she needs to go there are to many out thier looking for a job for consumers to put up with this please make a change before she drives all your customers to another store

I went into the dollar store on lone oak rd in Paducah, Ky &there was freight everywhere. I understand how all that works. Ive worked in retail for years. But ive never in my life been in a store where all the freight was pushed up against the shelves &you couldn't get to anything. I left without making a purchase and went down the road to Family Dollar.

The store itself is a great store....but the blooming idiots you let run your stores are running it in to the ground. I live 30 mins away from another store, so it's very convenient. But based on the manager and one employes attitude and way of treating not only customers but employes is down right inexcusable. I will never go back to the local one. I will drive to the next closest one or Walmart. How rude can some people really get well go to hwy 136 in chickamauga ga and see for yourself

I recently was injured in the Harrisburg IL. Dollar General Store. I filed a incident report with the manager, she told me at the time there had never been an injury in her store! I am sorry I dont believe that! I pulled a ten pound container of kitty litter off of the top shelf, only place they had that one, and pulled or cracked my shoulder. It was all I could do to keep from falling. Stocking carts are always in the middle of the isle making it hard to navigate, with or without a cart. It is only by the grace of god that I didnt fall and get hurt worst. Now the claims adjuster calls me and tells me, it was not their fault, and they are NOT going to pay my doctor bills. Well, I think maybe I should consult my attorney about that!

Your stores are always conveniently located in areas that serve the public; otherwise, customers would have to travel long distances to get to general merchandise. Your stores also have many name brands that are less expensive than competitors! Just wish you would build a store at the crossroads of the Hartwell Hwy and Brewers Mill Road in Elberton, Georgia--lost of traffic on this road and there is nothing for miles around until one reaches Hartwell. This would be a winner location. Thanks.

My co-worker just told me that all the Dollar Generals in Greenville, SC cannot carry inspirational books anymore. I could not believe it. I am complaining now that you need to take off trashy books off the shelves! Who in their right mind would want to take books out of your store that help people or inspire them? Everyone in our office say they will never shop in your store again. Bad decision and it is truly unbelievable.

I was highly incensed when visiting four Dollar General stores in Greenville, Taylors, South Carolina to find there were no inspirational books or even the Bible on display any more. I checked with the clerks and even one store manager and they indicated Dollar General is no longer carrying inspirational books. It's odd to me that some other novels, perhaps even trashy ones, are on display. It makes me sick. I will no longer shop at Dollar General and will tell all my friends about this. I still can't believe it, that Dollar General would stoop so low.

Your Ligonier, Pa store is a fire hazard with jammed aisles and the parking lot in front of the leased building is full of pot holes. In general it is a disgrace to a community known for its quaintness.

sorry but i have to say what is the matter with D.G. we put out thousands of dollars of merchandise outside of our store to sell how much of it gets taken we can watch it 24/7 with no help, with no hours for help some times there is just one person working come on D.G. your doing the shortages on your self no help no help / and no the employees are NOTstealing from you your way out is blame the people that work for you wake up

I have the coupon codes sent to my phone. The Dollar General in Rio Rancho would not honor it, why are they sent to me? They said I had to have a printed coupon. The manager would not even come out to look at the cashier code.

Mcpherson Ks has to have the rudest manager and I will never set foot in that store again . When they put up signs it should be by the product and when something is said he gets a bad attitude and pops off his mouth about charity. I'm surprised anybody goes into that store.

I shop at the Dollar Store in Grain Valley Missouri. I was there today and could not even stand to be there. It felt like the furnace was on! It was so miserable that customers can't even stand to be in there. I quickly got the 3 items I needed and got out. Usually I wonder around for a while but it was so hot I couldn't even breath. You are losing $$$s.

If there was a zero I would rate it as 0. This store has gone to the dogs the last 3 weeks. I don't know how long the male manager has been gone, but what a shame. For the last three weeks. There are empty shelves and plenty of boxes in every isle that have stock to put up in. What the hell is going on? If you can't service us anymore at the Ashley River Road, West Ashley store close it down and don't waste everyones time pulling into the parking lot to find out nothing is on the shelves.

I am currently working for DG but its scary. You always have be looking over your shoulder, no trust and no return loyalty. I give my all to my employer and to its patrons only to have ro be reminded daily how much they don't care about their own company. They do this by pushing people beyond limits til they hate being there. Any good company knows you are only as good as your people. Burned out overworked managers cracking the whip on heavily burdened staff only creates an attmosphere where customers are treated the same way. High turn over and loss of sales. Where is my incentive want to go further with the company. Ha ha it isn't in the pay either. God keeps me here.

Often go to the one near my house (15th st.,Del City,Ok) .Everytime I go there , the employees are stock.People are always waiting at the register for someone can check them out.Pay for what they would like to buy.Employees laughed ; after a customer walked out of store,Because customer bitched them out for not at least having aa bell.They take it so lightly.As a customer I felt like we didnt matter.Seems service everywhere is poor now days.Sad to see.
